Built in 2004, this newer home is located in the beautiful Green Lake neighborhood of Seattle. It's within minutes of every major attraction and activity that Seattle has to offer. It's convenient to shops, banking, restaurants, cinemas, live theater, and more!
The layout is a 3-floor townhouse. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. It's a wonderfully unique set-up because every bedroom has it's own bathroom with a shower and walk-in closet! The entry-level has the 1st bedroom with a queen bed. The 2nd floor is the main level with a spacious living room, a gas fireplace, a full kitchen, and a 1/2 bath.
There's also a private balcony with a gas barbecue. The 3rd floor has a bedroom with 2 twin beds (with full bath) and the Master Suite with a queen bed, double vanity, jet tub, and separate shower. In addition, there's spectacular media (large-screen TV, digital cable, and free Wi-Fi),
This rental sits on a private, quiet residential street in an extremely friendly neighborhood. There's a bus stop at the end of the block. The garage is not available but there is a private driveway with one parking spot and free street parking.

We bought this townhouse because it's so close to so many things that make Seattle such a great city. It's 10-20 minutes away from every major attraction Seattle has to offer. It's also less than a half-hour from the airport. If you want to experience Seattle from a central location, this vacation rental is the perfect choice.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
This townhouse is unique and a rare find in Seattle because every bedroom has a private bath with a shower. The layout is very spacious and comes fully furnished with a complete kitchen including all appliances and dinnerware. There is a private driveway and free street parking for extra vehicles.

Rhiannon and I moved to Seattle 5 years ago and absolutely love it. We own our own company and travel 2/3 of the year and always miss the city when we're gone. We lived in our vacation rental for a few years and loved it's convenient location.

We really enjoyed our stay in Jeff and Rhiannon's house. It's really comfortable and well equipped, and my boys loved to use the jet bath in the evening! The house is in a great location for families - 5 minutes drive from Woodland Park Zoo and only a little longer to the Children's Museum and Pacific Science Center. There is a children's playground within a 10 minute walk, and Green Lake Park is about 7 blocks away. There's a good Safeway close by, and Northgate Mall is only about 5 minutes drive away. We loved our stay and will definitely go back when we're next in Seattle!

This house was great! Nicely decorated and well equipped. Very clean, conveniently located, and reasonably priced. We really enjoyed our stay and it served our needs quite well. Would be happy to stay there again.

This condo was everything the listing said it was and more. The place is spotless, plenty of room and having a bathroom for each bedroom was great. The use of the washer and dryer and having the detergant supplied is a huge bonus. During our down time there was plenty of board games proviede as well. Parking is good if you have one car other than that it is a free for all on the street. The ride into downtown Seattle is real easy as well, did not get lost once. We walked to Green Lake each morning. I would totally reccommend this place to anyone visiting Seattle.

The Green Lake Townhouse is a comfortable and convenient condo for visiting the Seattle area. We stayed there for our son's wedding, and found its location, between the ceremony and the reception, very convenient. We enjoyed walking to Green Lake and having breakfast and dinner in some very nice restaurants there, and enjoyed the beautiful gardens along the way. The condo is large enough to accommodate six adults, and the three separate bathrooms were really appreciated. The condo would be great for people who want to explore the region and be close to I-5. The condo was attractive, clean, and had everything that we needed for our stay. We have no problem recommending this property.

We were in town for a family wedding and didn't want to stay in a hotel. This home was perfect for us as there are three bedrooms and every bedroom has a private bath/shower. It was so nice to be able to all be together in a home. We loved the location and how close it is to Greenlake. There is a bbq, which was nice for a dinner. We were surprised how quiet the neighborhood was. If we come back to the Seattle area, we would definitely stay here again.
