This beautifully decorated rustic home is set on an acre of land across the street from the 400 acre Hutchins Lake, and backs up to a working farm. In the summer or winter there is an abundance of activities and sights to be seen.
Winter: Just twenty minutes from the ski slopes of “Bittersweet Lodge” and minutes from the Allegan National Forest which boast hundreds of miles of Cross-Country trails; this home makes the perfect base camp.
Summer: Whether you enjoy swimming, fishing, boating or jet skiing, this home is across the street from the beautiful and exceptionally clean Hutchins’s Lake. There is a small beach for swimming just down the road and a boat access across the street just 50 feet from the house. You are also less then a 15 minute drive to the pristine Oval Beach on Lake Michigan.
Year-round: South Haven, Saugatuck and Holland are all just minutes away and offer an abundance of shops and restaurants for the gourmet or the entire family. Just down the street there is the Fenn Winery which makes some of the best wines in southwest Michigan. The Allegan woods have great trails for the nature lovers among you.
This house was used has a summer home and has all the comforts and conveniences you need to make your stay feel like a home away from home.
