Only 10 minutes by car to the Walt Disney World Resorts. This house is decorated to a very high standard. We wanted to make our pool home as luxurious as possible. If you want to impress family you need go no further. This home was custom designed by an interior designer who loves the Florida look. Tropical elegance and an appreciation for natural pastel colors.
From the entrance to the villa the home opens out to a splendid living room, which is open plan to the dining area, family room and kitchen. The gourmet kitchen is modern and well equipped. Included here is a large side by side refrigerator and cooking stove. A microwave and dishwasher are just part of the variety of appliances. Upon your arrival you will find a welcome pack of essential groceries to refresh you after the flight.

Why the Owner Chose Lindfields
When I bought the property Lindfields was the No.1 location. It still remains so because of its close proximity to Disney. I also chose the particular plot because it is at the end of a cul de sac. It sides on to a lake and is not overlooked at the rear so you have a very private position.
The Unique Benefits at this House
I love the peace and tranquility of the house and its location, particularly after a busy day in the Parks or in the Malls. If I go into Disney I can return to the house for an our or so in the afternoon to rest either by the pool or in the coolness of the air conditioned house. Having recharged the batteries I can be back in the Park in 15 minutes.
