FOUR STAR CONDO IN BUFFALO LODGE:
We rate all of our condos based on four criteria in order to make it easier for vacationers to compare different condos in different buildings. The criteria are as follows: unit size and quality, views, proximity to activities and building quality and amenities.
UNIT SIZE AND QUALITY: *****(4 Stars). Our condo is located on the top floor of Buffalo Lodge within the newest area of Keystone, River Run Village. This luxury two bedroom, two bath condo is an ideal fit for couples or families with two to four children. It is 1050 square feet with vaulted ceilings. There are two full bathrooms and plenty of room to stretch out in the family room. There is a dining room table that seats 6, a comfortable couch with sleeper sofa and three chairs. You will enjoy the gas fireplace and views of the Gore Mountain Range from the living room or watching TV on the new 40 inch flatscreen TV with your family. The private balcony provides stunning views of the Gore mountain range and surrounding areas, as well as the playground and miniature golf course to watch your children.
The master bedroom features a king sized bed and private balcony . The master bedroom also features a 29 inch TV with DVD player, and a dresser and closet to put your clothing away. There is also a private bathroom connected to this bedroom.
The secondary bedroom features a Queen sized bed with beautiful views from the window. You will also find a TV with DVD player in this room for your enjoyment. There is a dresser and large closet as well. You will find extra blankets, duvets, and pillows, as well as fans and a humidifier for your comfort.
Free WIFI is included with this unit. Don’t pay $4.95 an hour or $9.95 per day extra when you stay in other condos.
VIEWS **** (4 Stars) This condo has views of the Gore Mountain Range in the distance. If you have young children, you can also watch them from the balcony play at the playground or miniature golf course from the cozy balcony.
PROXIMITY TO ACTIVITIES ***** (5 Stars) It is conveniently located within walking distance to the gondola (150 yards), as well as the many restaurants, shops, and ski rental facilities. This condo is approximately 100 feet from the River Run village which features many excellent businesses including restaurants, shopping, bars, winter and summer sports rentals and great people watching.
BUILDING QUALITY & AMENITIES BUILDING ****(4 Stars) Buffalo Lodge was completed in the late 90’s and is one of the more exclusive buildings in the resort. This means there is less congestion in the building during busy times and all units are a short walk from the elevator. Speaking of elevators, there two high speed elevators that services only 90 units. There is an access controlled underground heated garage. Laundry facilities are located on both the first and fifth floor. Buffalo Lodge has a game room with two pool tables, bigscreen TV, and beautifully decorated gathering areas for large groups. This building also shares a heated pool , sauna, and two, eight person hot tubs with its sister building, Dakota Lodge. The pool and hot tubs have views of Dercum Mountain and the ski slopes. There is also a sauna on the first floor.
KEYSTONE EVENTS:
Keystone is the premier destination for various events, festivals and one-of-a-kind attractions. These include things such as Mardi Gras, Wine Festival, Beer and Blues Festival, Full Production Concerts, Discovery Days for kids, Art Shows and much more. Additionally, you can enjoy Mine Tours, Historical Bus Tour, ATV tours, Four-wheel drive tours, Snow Mobiling, Horse back riding and much more. SUMMER activies include championship golfing (2 courses in Keystone), Mountain biking, Wild Life Tours, the best hiking in North America, White-Water Rafting and Fly Fishing, just too name a few.
FEES & TAXES
We are required by law to charge tax on your stay.
Our cleaning fee is approximately 10% to 20% lower than most others. We keep the rate as low as possible, but it is a real and legitimate fee that everyone has to pay. You either pay for it in the rate, or you pay for it separately.
WE DO NOT CHARGE THE 5.9% RESORT FEE! This is a fictitious fee that many people/companies charge to add to their profit. If you rent from Keystone Resort or many of the other companies in the area, you will be charged this fee.
Just to be clear, taxes and cleaning fees are not included in the posted rates.

- Summit Stage, which is a free bus system picks up approximately 20 feet in front of the building. There is also a park for the kids year round. There is a putt-putt golf course directly in front of Buffalo Lodge in the Spring, Summer, and Fall.

River Run Village offers easy access to events and festivals that Keystone holds during the winter and summer months. Buffalo Lodge is in the heart of River Run Village, so you don't need to drive anywhere once you are here. There are restaurants, shops, ski rentals, a small grocery store, and starbucks just steps from the building. Keystone is also one of the few resorts that offers night skiing.

This is a top floor, corner unit with over 1000 square feet of space to enjoy. It has vaulted ceilings and beautiful views of the Gore Mountain Range, as well as the miniature golf course and playground located in front of the building.

What you see is what you are renting. If you find a comparable condo that is priced lower than ours, upon verification, we will beat the deal you found by $5 per night. To be fair, we must make an apples to apples comparison. We are guest oriented, and we offer the following when you rent with us: flexible check-in and out times, you don't have to check-in anywhere because we mail you your keycards, parking pass, and detailed driving directions before you leave home, a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of consumables for your stay. We are also only minutes from the resort if you need assistance during your stay.
