The custom pool it specialty built to be adult and child friendly. (To better explain - other pools are 6' depths, so adults and children must have floats, and cannot stand up.) Our Villa alabaster pool ranges in depth from 2.5' then 3.5' then 4.5'... Custom entry steps, allowing greatly improved pleasure.
Villa Alabaster is in Coral Beach Club, an exclusive gated community of only 14 villas, located on the Dutch side of Sint Maarten. Maintained beautifully by our own CBC staff; On-site Management, Concierge, Housekeeper, landscapers, pool attendant, Security, etc, ensuring a carefree luxury vacation.

I stayed at Villa Alabaster in September 2010 and it was absolutely perfect. The villa is still like brand new and flawless. The staff at the property was very nice (Anju) and we felt very secure with the onsite security (David). The location is PERFECT. Right on uncrowded Dawn beach. Being a "beach" person, I am very critical of beaches, the surf, sand, rocks etc .... This beach is about the most perfect beach I have ever been to. Soft white sand, no rocks and no seaweed. It's perfect. We chose to pick up groceries and eat lunches in the villa. On several occasions we got breakfast at Mr. B's which is right next door. It was just perfect sitting outside at the edge of the beach eating. The food was wonderful too! We got food to go several nights and enjoyed it poolside at the villa. We are looking forward to going back again soon. The weather was PERFECT in September...THANKS for a wonderful time....

I have traveled all over the world and this Villa BY FAR is the BEST! The Villa is literally right on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. You can hear the beach sounds from your master bedroom. The pictures almost don't look real on this Web site, but they are! I would highly, highly recommend. From the people who take care of you, to the people at the restaurants that are RIGHT next to you, to the spas around the corner, to the owner who is lovely, you will be more than impressed.

villa alabaster is a beautiful home away from home sitting right on one of the prettiest beaches on the island... dawn beach is a beautiful place to getaway, and not be 'away' from all the action... the reefs just outside oyster bay are some of the best on the island for snorkeling, and dawn beach is great for kids or just sunbathing... you are close to many great restaurants there in oyster bay or just to the north at orient... it is a beautifully appointed villa, with everything you need to enjoy a week, or more in luxury...

What a place to spend your vacation! The Villa is beautiful, it is furnished like a model home, the pool & patio can't be beat, and take a few steps & you're on a sandy beach at the Ocean. We found it to be Shangri-La!!!! The whole island is breathtaking, the restaurants fabulous, shopping for jewelry great fun, and the Islanders are friendly & helpful. This was truely the best vacation we have ever had!! I can't say enough about Villa Alabaster & the beauty of Dawn Beach. It's an absolute must!!! Even the weather is perfect,,,,,,,,,,,,,

One of our best Vacations ever. The Villa is laid out perfectly and furnished comfortably. Then to walk out the on the rear pato to have your own pool is super, but best of all a few more steps and your on the beach/ocean. Enjoyed seeing the whole Island but staying at the Villa was tops!

What a wonderful place to relax and unwind. We had a wonderful week in Villa Alabaster on Dawn Beach. The property is beautiful. The maid was a sweetheart. The beach was pristine. In addition, we loved going over to Big Fish for dinner and the breakfast buffet at the Westin was a 10. We'd go back in a heartbeat.

Great vacation. The Villa is right on Dawn Beach, and the beach is so pleasant. We loved Mr. Busbys restaurant. The island is great. I recommend driving north on the main road and around the roads that go towards the water. Anse Marcel was pretty. Great food everywhere. There is a market at a marina that we walk to for things. The restaurant there, Big Fish was also wonderful. This is a first class villa all the way. We will definately be back.
