Special night-time lighting for "card playing", etc. Safe from Sun and Rain. One of only a few oceanfront properties that has direct access to the beach without walking on the street. Family can view family members on the beach from the house and the deck.

Great Location with easy access to the Garden State Parkway, good location for visiting other shore locations.
