This cozy, private cabin was completed in May 2009 and has much to offer you and your family. You will not be disappointed as you step inside. The décor is "urban rustic", offering new and modern amenities without losing the cozy feeling of being "up north". The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and custom wood cabinets, which accent the rustic maple floors. There are two bedrooms which will comfortably sleep six people. The first bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a full size bed, as well as bunk beds. There is one full bathroom and a laundry room with front loading washer and dryer.
If you love the outdoors, you will love it here! Perched on the highest point of the lake, you are steps from the electric lift that will take you directly down to the lake (certified by State of MN as elevator). Enjoy hours of swimming on the perfect sandy bottom or simply relax on the large dock. After a day in the sun, unwind at the campfire while grilling dinner. Finally, cozy up inside and watch a DVD or play a family game.
Please note: There are steps that go up the living quarters.

Why the Owner Chose Lake Shore
Growing up in the Brainerd Lakes area, it has always been my dream to get back there. I especially love Gull Lake because it has so much to offer: fishing, restaurants, golf, shopping. You can always find a quiet bay to sit in or water ski in.
The Unique Benefits of this Cabin
We love coming up here as a family to spend quality time together. We spend a lot of time swimming off the dock, we love to fish and our son's favorite thing is having a campfire in our firepit and making s'mores.
