The Lodge at Riverbend is a beautiful condo built in 2003. It is a premium unit and in addition to a nicely finished and furnished interior, the building offers many nice amenities. Tucked away just off Main Street in Frisco, it's an easy walk to all of the shops and restaurants downtown Frisco has to offer. Yet when you're relaxing after a hard day of skiing or hiking the local trails, you'll enjoy the quiet, peaceful setting just off the Ten Mile Creek.
Lodge at Riverbend offers 2 covered parking spaces in the common garage as well as a ski locker to store all of your gear. The building also has a common area hot tub, exercise room and an elevator so you don't have to lug those suitcases up the stairs.
The condo itself features a fully equipped upscale kitchen, jetted tub in the master bath, private laundry facilities, gas fireplace and deck off the back of the unit with gas grill. Bedding goes Queen bed in the master, another Queen bed in the second bedroom and an additional Queen sofa sleeper in the living area.
