Hello and thank you for viewing my listing. This condo is a 15th floor condo located in Seabreeze on North Hutchinson Island. Seabreeze is part of Atlantic View community which consists of 3 high rises on 21 acres nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway (Indian River). None of the 3 buildings are east of the highway (or any other buildings) but as you can see the views are dramatic without the winds you normally get right on the Ocean.
The complex features a heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, tennis, kayak ramp and fishing pier, fitness room, pool table, club room for parties and social gatherings, etc. The building was built in December of 2000 and is located in a gated community.
All buildings have a secured entrance as well. The social Committee hosts numerous social events you may join in if you would like. We have had renters return year after year and several have bought a unit.
My 15th floor condo has a 39 foot long balcony with sliding glass doors accessible from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. The only room in the unit that doesn't have a view is the 2nd bedroom.
Cherry Cabinets, stainless appliances, garage, fully equipped kitchen and linens, beach chairs, towels, etc. A short drive to Restaurants, museum, theatres, etc. Disney is about 2 hours away.
