Why the Owner Chose Stratton

Our children loved to ski and went to Stratton every year to ski with their friends. We rented many places at Stratton through the years and this is by far the best location on the mountain. Rather than fighting the crowds in the base lodge cafeteria at lunchtime, we enjoyed being able to walk a few extra steps to our condo and have lunch at home (and saving a small fortune in the process!). We do not have to get in the car and drive. Our unit is the newest in the entire complex. It was completed December 15, 2010. High end kitchen and baths. Beautiful cut stone fireplace, new carpet and hardwood floors. Kids can go to the owners lounge and play games and pool. Verde, the best restaurant on the mountain, is located in the lobby of our building. The grocery is a one minute walk from our building. There is no more convenient spot on the Mountain.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo

Our unit is uniquely located in the building, so that from our living room and bedroom windows, we have a great view of the valley and nearby Bromley Mountain; step out our unit's front door and you are looking right up at Stratton Mountain. We love that it is right in the Village. You can take the elevator or walk down the stairs and be in the base lodge where there is dining, ski rentals and entertainment. Our place was completely renovated in December 2010 and we really love the look now!

We are located at the base of Stratton Mountain in the village. There is no residence closer to the lift ticket windows and the lifts than those at The Landmark!

I recently spent a weekend at this property and found it to be a perfectly clean first class luxury property in every respect. The owners, who are very pleasant to work with, have taken great care to ensure that all of the properties furnishings are made of high quality luxury materials. This property is also extremely well designed to fit the characteristics of the Stratton Mountain area. The attention to detail given to both furnishing and designing the property is simply amazing which makes for a uniquely warm and comfortable environment where you can really relax and enjoy yourself. I would highly recommend this property, its the best Stratton Mountain has to offer.
