My husband and I had previously stayed at the Fontainebleau Hotel and were very excited when we learned of the opportunity to rent this unit. The reservation process was easy and Miriam was extremely helpful in providing information about our stay. The room and hotel amenities were absolutely superb. The room itself was very large and the furnishing attractive. We especially enjoyed having a refrigerator and microwave as purchasing 3 meals a day at the Fontainebleau can be quite expensive. We particularly cherished our morning breakfasts and evening drinks on the balcony; but we also appreciated the fact that the sliding doors were double pained and fully insulated from any outside noise when need be. The cleaning staff was excellent and I enjoyed the chocolates left on our pillow in the evening. We also took full advantage of all hotel amenities including the pool, beach, gym, and spa. The Fontainebleau is a world class facility with all the amenities to make a great vacation; but our vacation far exceeding our expectations or last visit due to this wonderful unit and what it provides. Thank you Miriam!

My family just returned from staying in this lovely property in Miami. The property was represented well in the photos and the amenities were outstanding! The view is fabulous and the location superb. The spacious balcony and the view it permitted was exceptional! You can actually hear the ocean from this location - so calming and peaceful. Thank you Miriam. We have already recommended your fabulous rental and will continue to do so. We look forward to returning.

Renting this condo is a way of enjoying the great offerings of the Fontainebleau Resort at a discount. The room is comfortable. the staff is helpful. Only complaint is that the owners' association recently removed an excellent complimentary breakfast from what is provided. Punished everyone because of the actions of a few bad apples.

I have stayed at the Fontainebleau a few times now (pre and post renovation) and I have to say that they have done a wonderful job. The room was excellent and as described. View was awesome and the pools were marvelous. I would defiantly go back and stay again. Only complaint....if you are going to put a TV in the bathroom why not hook it up?

My wife and I spent almost a week in this condo unit and we really enjoyed it. This was the first time we had stayed in anything but a traditional hotel and we would definitely do it again. There were many perks not offered to the rest of the guests at the FB. We especially liked access to the indoor pool and the day passes to the spa were well used. The entire resort including the condo are quite clean although not impeccable- this was our only concern (housekeeping). The beach, pools, and boardwalk are all lovely. Restaurants are "ok'. You'll hear alot about them from the FB staff as they are looking to have you eat there. We tried both Hakkasan (sp?) and the Gotham Steak House. Both were good but not as wonderful as they might have you believe. There's not alot of choice in the area but I would recommend the Steakhouse at the Eden Roc hotel which is very close and worth the walk. I would recommend getting a cab for jaunts out of the hotel. Traffic is crazy in Miami and parking is scarce. Day trips to other areas of Miami were fun but the Fontainbleau offers a relaxing pool and beach vacation with decent staff and food choices nearby. And the room is a great place for a nap, a sit on the balcony and for a comfortable nights rest. We would return for another visit again for sure. Miriam was very easy to deal with and responds quickly to your emails. Hope you enjoy your stay.

The studio apartment was beautiful. The view from the balcony was fabulous looking over the many pools and the inviting beach. The staff at the Fountainbleu were helpful and very considerate. This was truly one of our most relaxing vacations. We can not wait to get back to Miami. Thank you for sharing your apartment. It was a perfect get away.

This unit was impeccable and exactly like the pictures! The view is to die for and if you keep the balcony door open you can hear the ocean while you sleep! The resort is amazing! And completely spotless! Everyone is so friendly and very accommodating! Stayed in many different condos and hotels in Miami and this is by far the best place to say! Thank you Mariam!! We will definitely be returning!

My family and I just returned from March Break at the Fontainebleau Resort. We had an amazing week. The room was spacious and the view from the balcony was beautiful. We had no issues with service, everyone was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast in the owners lounge was a great added attraction! We hope to return to the resort next year.

I loved the hotel, the pool area, the restaurants and hotel bar. The service was good, and very clean amenities… The room was exactly as decribed. Lots of mirrors and closet space for us girls to get ready. It is a very spacious unit over looking the pool with a big balcony. We spent many mornings just enjoying the view. I will always be staying in this suite from now on (as long as it's available) and have told many friends.

The condo is exactly how it appears in the pictures. The decor is elegant, upscale Miami with a warm sense of home. The bathroom and kitchen were stunning with granite tops, marble floors and recessed lightening. The view of the pool and the ocean from the condo's large balcony was great. Having breakfast every morning in the "owners only" club was a real treat and it was free! The Fontainebleau is a wonderful place. You can sit by one of many pools, walk the beach right in front of the property, workout at their spacious gym, or get a massage at their spa. Many great restaurants to choose from as well. Miriam, the owner, was very professional and easy to work with. She really cared that everything was perfect and that we had a great time. I am sure we will be renting from her again very soon!

The room was exceptional. Great views over poolside in the best hotel in Miami South Beach. Staff are very friendly and willing to help. Room is perfect for 2-4 people. Extremely luxurious with state of the art facilities. Access to the owners lounge is great as you get complimentary breakfast every morning. Would thoroughly recommend the hotel and especially this room. Can't wait to go back and stay here again! In addition, the owner is extremely helpful and understanding. She is extremely efficient in getting all paperwork to you and making sure everything is perfect for your arrival. We had no hiccups and everything went very smoothly. Overall a fabulous experience!

the balcony, the amenities of the hotel, the spa, the beach, the pools, the room, the boardwalk, the breakfast room, & even the valet were all really wonderful & user friendly for my family and I. I would definitely hope to return soon. All who were involved in supporting the renovation should feel great pride in making the fountainebleau better than it ever was. It really was a dream vacation.

My daughter and I had a terrific time at the Fontainebleau. The unit is exactly as pictured although the view from the balcony is even better in person. Everything was very clean and in like new condition. Check-in/check-out went smoothly without any unexpected charges. Customer service was great throughout the property. Having valet service specific to the towers is a big plus!! The heated pools and the children's pool was a big hit with my daughter. I would definitely recommend this unit! My only regret is that I did not have time to enjoy the spa. It looked fabulous.

I just got back from a weekend at the Fountainbleu. We stayed in the "Sorrento" building. It was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay, where all our needs were met on a timely and courteous basis. The hotel staff is second to none, and we have stayed in many 5 star resorts. Dealing with the owner was seamless and easy. All arrangements were made ahead of time, so arrival was very efficient. From check-in to check out, we had a great stay. Although it was short, it felt as if we were away for an extended amount of time. I look forward to returning.....

We were so thrilled with our stay last year that we rebooked a six night stay last month. The suite is awesome. It has amazing views over the main pool area and the ocean and is spacious but cosy. The hotel service is excellent with all requests dealt with promptly. We would have no hesitation in recommending it to our friends and in fact have done so already. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

This was our second time staying in this suite. As with our first time, the total experience was great. The owner had everything taken care of in order for our vacation to go as seamless as possible. Dealing with her is always fantastic. Very informative and helpful. The room is beautiful and extremely comfortable. The ameneties extended to guests of this suite are over and above the regular hotel. We utilized the private pool and owner's lounge. Included in the rate was the Fountainbleu spa and gym. We prefer staying here as the building is quiet and personal. Separate entrance and valet parking from the rest of the hotel. The Fountainbleu staff is helpful and courteous. They treat you as if you own the place. I have already recommended this suite to an aunt and uncle of mine. In addition, some of our friends are looking to stay here during the holiday season but there may not be any availabilities. The owner is trying to clear up some dates in order to make this happen. That is service!! The Fountainbleu has all the activities, restaurants and action one can need on vacation. There is no reason to leave the premises. We will be coming back here for many years. No reason to use any other suite!

Ms Weiss - Thank You for making it so easy to reserve this suite. It's in a great location in an outstanding resort - from check in to check out, everything went perfectly. The best part, I thought, was sitting out on the large balcony – I felt like we were in the middle of all the action, even when we were taking a break from the pools and beach!

I was looking for a nice place on Miami Beach to stay with my 21 y/o son and my 85 y/o father for a 3 generation boys vacation. I came across this property while searching online. It was absolutely perfect - much nicer than advertised. The hotel was fabulous - the suite was clean and first class! The amenities - including the breakfast, spa, and parking were great. On top of all of this, dealing with Ms Weiss was a pleasure - she seemed to be genuinely concerned that we have a good time and be pleased with her property. Without any hesitation I would highly recommend this property and Ms Weiss. In fact, I hope to be making additional trips here in the future!!! Lastly - a restaurant recommendation - Clarke's in South Beach - the best hamburger I have ever had!! Thanks again Ms Weiss!

This was a very important holiday for my girlfriend and me. What she didn't know was that I planned to ask her to be my wife on this trip. So obviously I wanted to do what I could to make this would be the best and most memorable trip possible. I started researching where to stay months before and settled on the Fontainebleau. Not only does it get great review on most travel sites, but also my 'In The Know' friends, all hip, well traveled, and successful individuals all mentioned it as a strong option. And now after staying there I know they were right. I would also like to mention that Miriam Weiss is easy and pleasing to work with. She quickly and accurately answered all my questions and helped make our stay even better! Olga and I are already planning a return sometime before the end of the year. Thank you Miriam, Regards, Misha

I stayed at this suite from June 17 - 21/2010 with 3 of my girlfriends. It was amazing!!! Could not have asked for a better location of this suite--views of the pools and the ocean! Suite is kept in incredible condition. It looks just like it does in the photos but if this makes any sense: even better in person! The owner is very accomodating and responses to my emails, were always in a timely fashion. The pools at this resort are so much fun and for a little quiet time; the beach is great as well. All in all--our trip was fabulous and we would all definately, 100% stay at this suite again!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely wonderful. It was exactly what we were promised and couldn't have hoped for anything better. The valet parking was quick each morning. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety. The room was beautiful, especially the wondefully comfy bed. My husband immediately came home after our honeymoon looking for a bed exactly like the one in the room. The view from the room was incredible and the staff was extremely friendly. We cannot wait for a return visit to Miami and when we get ready for that trip we will most definitely try and book this room again. Thanks for the wondeful experience!

I recently stayed at this unit at the Fontainebleau with my family, wife, little guy (4) and mother-in-law (age unknown). We had a wonderful stay and the resort was beautiful. Plenty of pools and restaurants and very exciting. The unit was perfect, clean, modern and comfortable. A particuliarly nice element was the owners lounge where we had a wonderful breakfast every morning (free), checked our work stuff with internet, watched CNN on the big screen, and met some other 'owners'. And lastly, the owners pool was private and beautiful and perfectly situated within buildings to avoid wind and cold as it was chilly while we were there (Feb 2010). It's a great place, nice unit and the process to secure the property was very easy and pleasant. Nice people. See you next year! Brian & Debi (NJ)

Wow! What great accomodations! The bed was the most comfortable we have ever experienced when away from home. If the view of the pool and the ocean from the balcony weren't so stunning, we might never have had the necessary incentive to have gotten out of bed! But the views were absolutely gorgeous, a perfect accompaniment to the fabulous room decor, which was complemented by a magnificent, large flat screen TV; beautiful and tastefully elegant furnishings; and a magnificent marble bathroom, including a spa tub, to die for. If there is any way to book this room, you should.

In January 2010 i attended a law conference in the Fontainebleau Hotel. Most of the delegates booked their accomodation through the hotel directly with varying results. Some rooms had no sea views, some had no balconies & none had breakfast included ($30 each!) I booked suite 3 -605 directly from the owner. She was very efficient & helpful. The suite surpassed my expectations. It was fully serviced very large beautifully furnished with a balcony overlooking the boardwalk, beach & sea. It is a very pleasant walk along the boardwalk to South Beach. Breakfast is included The only problem is if you find my daughter there please send her home -she refused to leave especially having seen Jennifer Lopez sun bathing in the gardens of the hotel with her kids!

Fontainebleau will always be a special place in our memories - not only as a first place to live for our son but also as a perfect place for holidays with unexpected surprises like a concert of Katy Perry at Fontainebleau's pool. The owner of the studio is reliable, fast and well responding, the ladies from the office were very helpful and were doing their best whenever I asked for assistance.
