  Stayed here last week for the 2nd time during another FL vacation. Just like during our first stay 2 years ago, everything was clean and prepared for us. The kitchen had all of the utencils needed for some light cooking and the closets had beach towels. We were also happy to find baby crib and a high chair for our youngest. The place was exactly what we were looking for and we are happy we could stay here again. Thanks to Sherri for quickly arranging and keeping the week we needed reserved for us. We will definitely stay here again.

  We were there for a week and didn't want to leave not only because we were on vacation but because we felt as if we were home. The condo was in perfect condition and dealing with Sheri was a dream. Its located in a great spot close to everything and in a gated, very clean community. We will definitely stay here again and HIGHLY recommend it to anyone else who is looking to stay here. Thank you Sheri for a great vacation spot and for the goodies upon arrival.

  We came from SC for spring break at Universal, Disney, and Sea World. Sherri was extremely helpful and wonderful to work with on the rental and very agreeable to us bringing our dog! Her instructions were clear and easy to understand. Arriving in the late afternoon, we were pleased to find the condo immaculately clean and ready, complete with a goody basket on the counter! Towels were set out, beds were made, and the condo cooled down in no time after we turned on the A/C. The kitchen was stocked sufficiently for any light cooking I planned during vacation, and the ice maker was quick fill up after being turned on. We especially enjoyed the terrace by the front door, even though we're non-smokers, and we sat there mornings and evenings in the pleasant cross-breezes. The only downer was that the pool nearest the condo was closed due to permit issues, but since we only went to the the main pool a couple of times anyway, it really didn't affect us. The residents were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed walking our dog throughout the complex and taking advantage of the pet area cleanup supplies. If we ever return to the Orlando area, I would definitely stay in this condo again. The rates are VERY reasonable, the condo was cleaner than many properties I've stayed in, and the ammenities are endless.

  Everything everyone has written about Sherri and her condo is true. You will not find a nicer condo as well equipped at a better price. Sherri even let me have something mailed to her house and then she delivered it to our door. Is that service or what? She's the greatest.

  The pictures don't do it justice! The condo was very roomy, very pretty and immaculate.Bedrooms were spaced far enough apart to afford privacy. The bedding and furniture was cozy and comfortable. The kitchen contained everything you might need. Lots of facecloths and towels, sheets. Whatever we needed was there! The owner was super and went above and beyond to make our stay informative and welcoming. It didn't look like rental at all. It looked like the owner just left for the weekend and gave us the keys to her place. Charming. Has to be the best buy around! Would definitely stay there again!!

  Where do I start with all the wonderful things This condo has to offer! We stayed for 8 nights. First of all Sherry was extremely helpful and answered all my questions quickly. My deposit was returned in a very timely matter. When we arrived there was a goody basket waiting for us. The grounds are beautiful with large duck ponds and a trail going around it. I always felt secure since it is a gated community. It is located near all the wonderful tourist attractions, grocery store is nearby, and many restaurants. About the inside: Love the fact that both closets are large walk-ins. Everything you need is there, just bring your food & personal items! She even has tennis rackets, ice chest,boogie boards, soap, laundry soap, plenty of towels & extra blankets, books, DVDs, Internet, board games & a tv in every room. It was super clean and felt like home the whole time we were there. Beautiful view of the pond from our windows,my son and I loved watching the ducks in the morning. Beds were comfy, every room beautifully decorated, showers had perfect water pressure and for those of you wondering, the water heater works great! I will be returning here when we go back. The room is on the 2nd floor and next to the pool. There is a soda vending machine outside as well. Loved having the washer/dryer! We packed less clothes and had more room in our suitcase for Souvenirs, like freshly picked Florida oranges!

  We have stayed in this condo for three times now and each experience has been absolutely wonderful! The condo complex is nice, secured, and is centrally located for easy accessability to all types of interests. The condo itself is very clean, with all the conveniences to keep you on the go, as well as comfortable with a homey atmosphere to relax during that much needed down-time. Sherri is consistently dependable, great to communicate with and very accomodating with our special allergy needs. Her level of thoughfulness is hard to find elsewhere and truly a treasure. (I cannot say enough good things about her!) Thanks to everything this condo offers, especially Sherri's extra thoughtful touches, our vacations are much more relaxed and healthy, enabling us to truly enjoy ourselves..... As soon as we leave we are being looking forward to the next visit! :o)

  We arrived at the condo around 11:35 pm; we were a little bit worried if we would get through. Our fears were immediately put to rest as we followed the directions given to us by Sherri everything was spot on we had not challenges. The area was very quite the neighbors were friendly. All the amenities of the apartment were functional; the rooms were very clean and tidy. The apartment is within close proximity to most major retailers (Walmart, Target, Ross Dress for Less, TJ Maxx etc.) You also have access to all the other attractions (Disney, Universal Studios, Old Town etc.) within let’s say a 25-mile radius. We had a blast; we would definitely stay here again. Thank you again Sherri for everything... The Branche family Trinidad and Tobago... oh and did we mention the pricing was very affordable... We will be back.

  We came to the condo to spend a two-week-holiday there and it was brilliant. It was not only clean and tidy but also full of small little extras, like chocolates and a ton of leaflets and guidebooks. Everything was as described and the location was really good, short drives to WDW, Universal Studios and everything else. Sherri was always available and helped us with everything we needed. I would recommend this condo straightaway to small familys or friends going on holidays and gladly book it again myself. It was a great stay.

  We stayed at the condo for 2 weeks and loved it. We would definitely recommend it to anyone. Very clean, close to shopping, parks and restaurants. Sherri is very prompt in answering e-mails. We are hoping to stay there again next year.
