'The Life of Riley', Pensacola St., is located in Seaside proper.
Just a few houses from Hwy 30A, you can hear the waves and feel the ocean breeze.
This comfortable 3 bedroom 3 bath home has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on the main floor along with the kitchen, dining and den.
It has a wrap around front porch and an outdoor shower in the back. Both downstairs bedrooms have a queen bed and private bath.
Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a king bed, bath and a private balcony.
And on to the 3rd floor tower, you will find the fabulous beach view with a hammock and chairs.
Our front porch has a dining area and a sitting area. It also has a perfect swing to relax the day away.
The house is close to West side pool as well as the beach. We have books, games, bikes and all the beach supplies you need to have a great vacation in one of Florida's favorite places to be!
Whether at the beach or one of Seaside's 3 pools you are sure to want to come again.
