This beautiful Villa is located inside the impeccable grounds of PGA Village exclusive gated Castle Pines community. Approximately 45 minutes from the Palm Beach International Airport and less than 1 mile off I-95 exit 121.

Approx 2 hr drive to Disney. This Villa is within short walking distance from our spectacular heated pool and incredible jacuzzi. 54 holes of PGA golf are within the complex.

1400 sq. ft. Villa with a 170 Sq. ft. screened and covered patio with beautiful garden views. Lots of parking directly outside front door. Private washer and dryer included at no additional charge.

Entire Villa air conditioned with ceiling fans in each room. Iron and ironing board included. Hairdryers included. 4 Queen sized beds and one couch.

Coffee maker included. Microwave included. High speed internet access included in villa. 2 miles to Mets spring training camp facilities.

PGA Learning Center is a 35 acre state of the art practice facility. It serves as a practice haven that gives the ultimate golf learning practice, fitness, and technology experience. One of the top practice facilities in the world.

PGA Golf Club courses are designed by legendary architects Tom Fazio and Pete Dye. The PGA Golf Club presents you with three Championship courses, each having earned Audubon International Signature Status for environmental protection.

There are a large number of local activities including, but certainly not limited to, 14 screen movie theater (within 1 mile), a large assortment of great restaurants, family entertainment center, and Jensen Beach (20 minutes away). Lots of shopping,....26 miles to Vero Beach outlet mall, 12 miles to Treasure Coast Mall.

West Palm Beach is about 45 minutes away. Almost infinite number of beach and ocean activities. New York Mets spring training only 2 miles away. Orlando is about 2 hours away.

Hello. I am Scott, and am glad to be your host as you look at my condo. I am a PGA golf professional, and attempt to treat all my guests in an excellent fashion for sure. I live nearby in PGA Village for more than one half of the year, and enjoy being on the spot to assist if any issues should arise. Normally there are no isssues at all, just pleased guests. I would be happy to to speak to you concerning my condo for rent and look forward to your call. Give me a call, you will not be disappointed.

Why the Owner Chose Port St. Lucie

The weather is terrific! I am from Pittsburgh, Pa. and certainly enjoy spending the winter here in beautiful PGA Village. The three PGA golf courses are world class, as is the PGA Learning / Performance Center, also on site. NY Mets spring training facility is within 3 -4 minutes also. The beach is about 20 -25 minutes away and also great.

The Unique Benefits of this Condominium

The Castle Pines Condo complex has a beautiful resort-style pool and hot tub, as well as many chaise lounge chairs. There are many palm trees to provide shade if needed, and a shallow end for the small ones. A bar-b-que is nearby the pool for your convenience. Free entry to this facility is included in your stay. Our condo is tastefully decorated, with four queen size beds for your comfort, three T.V's, with one being a brand new 32" flatscreen, and 2.5 baths. You will be pleased with the excellent condition of the accomodations here for sure.

    • My wife and I were in Port St.Lucie to play in a golf tournament at the PGA Golf CLub. Scot's Condo is absolutely beautiful. Perfectly clean and perfectly located for golf, pool, shopping, dining and the beach. Scot is a hands on guy, as we personally met him while there and he made us feel very welcome. Would definitely rent again if the opportunity comes up.

    • I had the pleasure to stay Scott's condo in March 2009. I was down in Florida watching my son's college baseball team (the team also stayed at the PGA VILLAGE) play their spring training games. The stay was fantastic. Great location! Close to not only fields where games were played but close to restaurants, movies, recreation and basically everything. The condo was not only perfect but the pool that we spent many hours at socializing was fantastic. Great time has by all! Oh one more thing due to the weather being perfect for the week I didn’t spend that much time inside. Sorry Scot!

    • After having three long stays in the Port St Lucie area, I've come to find that Scott's condo is the absolute best in town. It's peaceful, well furnished, and has absolutely everything you could need - it's a true turnkey condo. Add to that the gated community of Castle Pines and the beautiful swimming pool, and I promise you that you're in for a delightful stay. Oh yeah, one more thing, Scott is extremely accomodating and accessible. He truly goes out of his way to meet every need that arises.
