Siesta Dunes has decided to add beach lounge chairs for our guests right on the sand. No more carting chairs out to the beach.
We've installed all new flat screen TV's, a 46" Internet cabable set in the Living Room, you can access net flix, and many other movie rental sites via the new TV I also installed a better longer range more powerful wireless router to give you the highest quality internet access available. We are one of the few units at Siesta Dunes with an in unit secure wireless system.
Our condominium is in Building 5 Unit 203 and is located beachfront at the Siesta Dunes Resort on Crescent Beach, about a half mile north of Stickney Point Road on Midnight Pass Road. We are on the second floor with a beautiful view, taking in the pool area, landscaped grounds, and the beach. Siesta Dunes is the nicest resort on Siesta Key.
Some of the unique features are the sun deck right next to the beach with a grilling area, plenty of lounge chairs, and a shaded area. The pool is spacious, surrounded by beach chairs, and a natural sea grass landscape theme. There is an elevator and laundry facilities ten steps down the hall from our door.
Rental arrangements are initally made by me, and at reduced rates, and completed through the Siesta Dunes rental office. There is never any confusion about check-in time, keys, gate passes, or parking accommodations.

Why the Owner Chose Siesta Dunes
We purchased our condominium at Siesta Dunes on Siesta Key in 1998 with another couple who have been our friends for 35 years. Prior to owning at Siesta Dunes we had a condominium with the same partners at Holiday Valley a ski resort near Buffalo NY. The decision to purchase on Siesta Key, at Siesta Dunes was simple. The beach being the number 1 consideration, and the overall lay out and amenities of the Siesta Dunes Resort. We loved the open green space and the low density.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Siesta Dunes has the same basic amenities as most of the upper end resorts on Siesta Beach. Two things made a difference to us. The sun deck is a unique feature with lots of lounge chairs, umbrellas, and tables to have lunch or dinner. Second there are two grilling areas with high quality gas grills, I've never had to wait to use the grills and it's especially nice to make your lunch on the grill and have it on the deck. Those two features made a difference to us. Siesta Dunes also offered an excellent property management staff to help defray costs.

Unit 5.203 at Siesta Dunes is owned by two couples, I didn't have a picture with all 4 of us so here's one of Chris and Kathy. We have been condo partners since 1984. People always ask how do you do it? Do you ever fight or argue? It's simple, I take care of all the rental stuff. Chris does the books, Kathy does the decorating and updates, and Paul buys the wine. Guess who has the easiest job.

We had a very nice stay recently at your condo. The property was very clean and you could walk right up to the beach. We had fun looking for sea shells and the dolphins swimming up and down the beach was very cool. The condo was nicely furnished. We would stay here agian.

We have been staying in this unit 5-203 for the past 5 years and have always enjoyed it. Every year it seems the owners do something else to keep it in great shape. This is the "Best of the Best"

Relaxing by the beacch, visiting sea world (2 hour drive from here) and shopping at St. Armand's and Westfield shpping center. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us this week. It is nicely furnished and felt just like home, we had a great time.

Spending hours at the beach, swimming, putt-putt (East on Bay Ridge) and relaxing. Love sitting at your table and looking outside over wine or coffee. Really, truly appreciate all the kitchen supplies, pool toys, vedeos and above average furniture-quite an improvement over typical beach rentals. Resort security and management was very responsive to noisy neighbor complaints.

Great weather, Sunny every day but one. The girls went parasailing and deep sea fishing and caught 3 barracuda. It was very tasty. We all went kayaking and then drove to Anna Maria Island. Did some shopping. Go out to beach early to get away for the heat of the sun. Thanks for the ocndo! It was great!

We also rented 5-208 and brought our whole family. Our 2.5 year old grand dsughter had never been on the beach, seen the ocian and didn't really like the pool. By the next morning she was swimming like a fish with the help of water wings, the Baby Powder sand was a delight for everyone. We appreciated all the amenities, the beach items, the starter supplies and the decor. We would have liked a porch but the beach pool and deck were just steps away. We liked the fact that we were on the quiet end of the beach near the bridge and stores. We didn't do much sight seeing as the weather was too perfect to leave the pool and beach. Everyone in the ocmplex including the guests were friendly and considerate. We rented a large beach umbrella with anchor, beach stroller and crib from ABC rentals which is close by. Jay was nice and on time and the equipment was perfect.

Absolutely Spectaculare! 4 hour boat tour of the inland waterway with Capt. Leury Dolphins, stingrays,and mannatee. Thank you for sharing your Florida home with us. It is lovely, the only comnplaint is the queen bed in the second bedroom. It seemed like it was sitting on crumpled newspaper. It was pretty much impossible to get a good nights sleep. (Owners Comment) I had our property manager check the queen bed and found that it wasn't properly sitting on the bed frame, furthermore the center support had somehow been removed. We replaced the frame and everything is fine now. Thanks for letting us know. Tony Daily

Could not be better, Sun and Breezes. CB's Boat outing along the inland waterway. Doulphin sightings and lots of amazing sights. We were inpressed by the continued additions to and improvements of the property, gardens, pool area. Jasmine in bloom quite lovely. Your condo is nice upgraded and decorated. We enjoyed the lanai in particulre.
