The condo was beautiful and wonderfully appointed. It worked great for us and our two teenagers. Great location near Kapalua, DT Fleming, Napili beaches, Lahaina town, and resorts of Kapalua, Napilli, and Kanaapalli. A wonderfu place for a Maui vacation!

We completed a 7 day stay at this condo, which was the most beautiful condo I have ever stayed in, in the islands, with that being over 30visits...everything was so tastefully done. The linens, blankets, towels, couches was the ultimate in softness and quality. We can't say enough how much we appreciated the beauty of the place both inside and out as well as how spotlessly clean it was. In addition, we were delighted with how quickly the owner was to respond to us on wi-fi/ethernet feedback. I can't wait to return annually! It was a wonderful experience, and it was the nicest of all Kapalua Golf Villa visits we have made, over the past 10 years!

We had the most enjoyable and relaxing stay here. The condo was perfect for us, our son, and his wife, and far exceeded our expectations for convenience, comfort, privacy, and relaxation. We began every day having breakfast on the patio to relax and enjoy the spectacular view. Having internet access and a TV in each room made keeping up with the Olympics in Maui easy. The pool and BBQ just around the corner made evening dining fun. As golfers we took full advantage of the gorgeous Plantation and Bay courses on site. We golfed 4 of the 15 courses on the island so we're coming back for more. The condo is so close to great beaches, shopping, and places to eat - Lahaina was a favourite. The washer and dryer on site allowed for less necessary packing. We loved the quiet daytime and evenings on the patio and are planning to come back again next year. Thanks for all you've provided.

Amazing Golf, Rest and Relaxation

I had to write and say how much we enjoyed our stay at your gorgeous Villa. The views from the lanai were beautiful and peaceful. We got in two days of golf--the manicured gardens were beyond compare. We followed golf with meals at Sansei Seafood Restaurant and The Plantation House--highly recommended--thanks for the referral and helping to make our stay so memorable.

My daughter and I had such a wonderful time at this newly renovated condo--it was like being in a brand new home!!! The beaches were so convenient to walk to and we had an unforgettable experience snorkeling with the giant sea turtles. I could not more highly recommend this condo and the entire experience. A great place to stay for rest and relaxation in luxury. It is not necessary to have a car as much is within walking distance or available by shuttle.

Peaceful Get-Away with a Gorgeous View

We spent a week in this nicely decorated condo. The unit and property were clean and well-maintained. The view from the patio, livingroom and master bedroom was breathtaking. The condo was fully equipped, just like home. We enjoyed our walks to the ocean and the surrounding resorts. We highly recommend the Gazebo for breakfast and the Pineapple Grill for lunch and sunset dinners. It's only 90 seconds away, walking! We have recommended this beautiful condo to our friends.

Nice vacation with a few negative sides

The villa is really nice with a great view. However, the vacation was a little ruined by a few things most people might not be bothered about when they are golf lovers. There is a plenty of noise from the golf court. Like people were cutting hedges with chainsaws just after 7 in the morning. There is maintenance of the golf court which started at about 4:30 in the morning. Not that noisy but you hear it if you not used to it. The lawn mower man was basically on his cruise every morning, too. He did not start before 8 am. When I came to the villa it had very comfortable beds, very comfortable couch, a nice TV, a nice view and the kitchen is well equipped (besides teaspoons). The villa is darker than what you see in the photos. All the photos are taken with the lights on. The only two rooms which are light are the living room and the master bedroom. If you have anything in the draws in the master bedroom, you will need a flashlight to find it once the sun set. The bathrooms are okay. However, the shower curtains could do with a change due to mold stains. There was one unemptied bin when I got there too. I addressed the problems to the owner but have not heard from her since.

Owner response: I am sorry my last tenant had so many problems. It is very important to me that people love my condo. I have taken special care to make it as nice as my home. I have been renting my condo for the last 3 years and this is the first complaint I have had. I am a really light sleeper and I have not ever been bothered by noise on the golf course. I did notify my on-site manager that the bin had not been emptied and he assured me that it would not happen again. For the good news, we are renovating our condo the end of this month. Both bathrooms will have beautiful travertine showers (no shower curtains). I would also like the back bedroom to have more light. I'll make sure we add better lighting in that room during our renovation which will be finished the end of May.
