Looks like a model home, 2 bedroom suites – one with king size bed and attached bath & the other with a pair of queen sized beds and attached bath, also a powder room, den, large dining room, great playing card area with table and chairs, fabulous kitchen, formal living room that overlooks patio fountain, large laundry room, oversize two car garage plus golf cart area. About 2400 square feet on a 10000+ sq. ft. corner lot. This home is completely furnished.
One lessee must be 55 years old. Guests register at the main club house and pay a one time guest (lessee fee) of $50 per person. Each guest is then given a Resident I.D. card which allows guests to play golf at a discount on either of the two 18-hole golf courses within Sun City. The I.D. card also allows free access to all of the other Sun City amenities – tennis, 18 hole putting course, fishing lake, 3 clubhouses – each with swimming pools also pool #4, an indoor pool, billiards, playing card groups, many hobby clubs and classes, exercise classes, 2 gyms, indoor walking course, etc. etc. One club house with gym and pool is a short walk from this home. The corner shopping center is minutes away (market, drugstore, restaurants, beauty salons, retail. Lessees may invite guests and guests may be asked to pay a small daily fee for the use of certain amenities.
Sun City is a private, guard gated community of vibrant "over the age of 55" homeowners. There are beautiful homes on beautifully landscaped lots and palm lined streets. In addition to the 3 clubhouses, there is a golf pro chop, dog parks, restaurants, and park like grounds everywhere. Clear skies and quiet nights and mountain and desert views – a paradise!
