Our Puerto Vallarta home on the beach is a wonderful condo in the perfect tropical location. Watch the sunset from your balcony while enjoying the view of the peaceful blue waters of Banderas Bay. Our condo in the Sea River Tower at the Holiday Inn Puerto Vallarta Resort is located beachfront in the heart of the hotel district. It is approximately a ten minute drive from downtown and 10 minutes from the airport. You will find all the amenities to make your stay an enjoyable experience. Our Puerto Vallarta beachfront condo is approximately 730 sq. feet and is decorated with a Mexican flair. It has a new air conditioner , 1 bedroom with a king-size bed, 1 bath with sink area separated from the shower area (marble shower with bench 10/08), living room, dining room, kitchen and a balcony with ocean, mountain, and city views. The partial kitchen includes a 2 burner stove, sink, full size fridge, microwave, and everything you need to prepare for breakfast on the balcony or a romantic sunset dinner.
Dishes and pots and pans including a coffee pot, toaster, juicer, blender, toaster oven, and George Foreman grill, are provided as well as bed linens and towels.
One of the couches in the living room is custom designed to make into a comfortable queen sleeper (no metal rods).
From our large 15th floor balcony the view is fantastic! You can see downtown Puerto Vallarta, the south shore mountains and the wide expanse of the bay. We often see dolphins playing off shore. Our balcony is a great place to watch the fireworks from the pirate ship, whales in season, as well as the glorious nightly sunsets. In the winter when you can leave the balcony doors open you can hear the waves crashing at night and watch whales in the daytime.
The maid cleans two times per week.
The bus to town stops right in front of the Holiday Inn and is a short ride to downtown or you can catch a taxi.

Why the Owner Chose Hotel Zone
We bought our condo to use as our retirement, winter vacation home. We decided to use it as a vacation rental to help pay for itself in the meantime. We have been able to provide many people with a wonderful vacation experience over the last 6 years.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The views of the Banderas Bay, the Pacific Ocean, the city of Puerto Vallarta, and the south shore mountains are definitely one of the best benefits of our condo. We are beach front with a huge pool that is right beside the beach. I love being at the pool, watching the ocean and beach activities while sitting under the palm trees and feeling the ocean breezes. Our condo is air-conditioned and very comfortable with the comfy king-size bed, and nice couches in the living room. We have a nice large bathroom with a new marble shower with bench seat. With cable internet connection, you can plug in your lap top to check your e-mail while enjoying our wonderful view in the comfort of your own condo. Our location is great. We are a short trip to downtown Puerto Vallarta as well as the famous south side or romantic zone. We are also close the marina for boat tours as well as the wonderful restaurant area and board walk in the marina. We are within walking distance of a mall with a large grocery store where you can buy all the items you might need. Last, but not least is our wonderful beach with many activities available.
Our building is located on the grounds of the Holiday Inn Puerto Vallara.
Downtown board walk with restaurants, bars,shopping. Often free entertainment on weekend evenings.
Public beach area with many beach side restaurants and bars. If you keep walking the Malecon across the river you will come to this south side area.
The board walk around the private yachts area where there are many restaurants and shops located. The Lighthouse here is a great place for sunset drinks before dinner. This is located off the street
This is where you go when you are going on one of the many boat tours to board the boat. You must pay a fee to enter the Marina terminal.

We first visited Puerto Vallarta in 1992 and fell in love with it. We re-visited numerous times, taking our boys with us at times. It was our dream to buy an ocean front home to spend 6 months per year there after we retired. In 2002 we were finally able to buy our condo. We completely remodeled it. We have the most wonderful view. Now we spend as much time as possible there and still hope to be able to eventually spend our winters there. We hope that you find our condo and Puerto Vallarta as wonderful as we do. It is truely awesome!

Stayed in this condo last year. Super - everything you need is there and neat and tidy. Condo is very comfortable with a beautiful view from the balcony. Hotel is great - staff is terrific. Very enjoyable. Pleasure to deal with the owner. Highly recommended!
