Accommodations:  Condominium, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths (Sleeps 4-6)

I have a beautiful Condo with a great view of the pool area and the sparkling emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. It is located on the fourth floor. There is a private balcony with access from the living room and the master bedroom.

The pool is very large and there is a pool for children with a mushroom shape that has a gentle waterfall for them to play under. There is a boardwalk which goes out to the sugar white sands of the beach. When you return, there is a shower for you to rinse the sand from your feet.

There is an indoor heated pool and two hot tubs inside. In addition to that, we also have a sauna.

There is an area which has charcoal grills and picnic tables. You will love grilling out and eating by the water and enjoying the beautiful sunsets.

Our resort also offers a fitness room, a racquetball area and well lit tennis courts.

There is a sleeper sofa in the living room with a 42 inch LCD Flat Panel TV, a CD player and a DVD player. One entire wall in the living room/dining room is mirrored. This makes a nice reflection of the ocean.

The kitchen is full equipped with appliances, dishes, pots and pans and silverware. There is a refrigerator with an ice maker, a microwave, garbage disposal, stove and a washer/dryer for your convenience.

Both bedrooms have a king-size bed and a TV. The master bedroom has a 16 inch Euro Top Mattress. There is a sliding glass door that you can use to go out on the balcony. Both bedrooms have connecting baths. Clock radios are provided in each bedroom.

Free WiFi (Wireless Internet) is provided.

There is plenty of shopping and many fine restaurants for your dining pleasure nearby.

Snowbirds are welcome and monthly rates are available from October through February at very reasonable rates.

My condo is my home away from home and my little piece of paradise. I would very much like to share it with you. Once you stay here, you will return year after year. So, c'mon down. All you need is your personal items. I will be looking for ya'll.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:

$200 DEPOSIT.
MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT.
THREE NIGHT MINIMUM.
NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
Cancellation Policy: Your lodging fees (Rent, Cleaning, PayPal and Taxes) and your deposit will be returned if cancellations are made 30 days, or more, in advance of your check in date. Your lodging fees (Rent, Cleaning, PayPal and Taxes) minus $40.00 will be returned if cancellations are made between 14 and 29 days of your check in date. You will forfeit all fees paid if you cancel less than 14 days of your check in date.
The total amount of the lodging fees will need to be paid 30 days prior to check in date.
$90 Cleaning Fee, 11% Tax. $10 (plus tax) Parking Fee, to be paid at front desk. 3% PayPal Fee to apply charges to your credit card.

  • We stayed at Anne's condo Sept 26th-Oct. 2nd. The condo is exactly at the pictures show. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable. The condo had all the things you need to cook meals,etc. The staff at the complex was very friendly. The pool area was very clean. The weather was great and we saw dolphins ,sting rays,and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. I would highly recommend this unit.

  • This unit was superb! Decoarted beautifully, it had everything you could need or want, including a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, and two sizable bedrooms and bathrooms. Both the master bedroom and living area have sliding glass doors onto the balcony that overlooks the pool and a fantastic view of the Gulf. While the complex is large and centrally located, it is quiet and a great place to relax. Very good recommnedation for this unit!

  • Anne, your condo is beautiful! All the comforts of home including that "right at home" feeling. Obvious that you put alot of yourself into this place. That mattress is wonderful-slept better than at home! Enjoyed the beach whether walking,sunning,or sitting on the balcony. One of the most relaxing vacations ever. Loved being able to go straight to the room and bypasss the front desk! Didn't want to come home!!!Thanks again Mickey & Ronnie

  • My family is just back from the most relaxing week at Anne's condo. The condo was fantastic with great furnishings and even better views. The boys enjoyed fishing while we girls chilled out on the beach with a good book. I would highly recommend Anne's condo.
