  My family and I had a wonderful vacation in Orange Beach. The condo is clean and roomy. Has been recently renovated with new appliances, granite countertops and new cabinets. I especially loved the balcony off of the master bedroom. The owner of this condo was good to communicate with us prior to our arrival. Special touches of restaurant coupons, dish soap, and shampoo were left for us to use. I would recommend this condo.

  My daughter and i spent 5 days at this beautiful condo in March. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It rained all day one of the days we were there but it gave us an excuse to relax which we were able to do in this condo. It is very well equipped in the kitchen. The owner stayed in touch with us about a problem that had been discovered by housekeeping cleaning up from the previous renter. The problem was quickly resolved. There is easy access to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!!

  Even before arriving at this beautiful condo, Anne (the owner) was wonderful to work with from the very first time that I called her. Her photos were very accurate. The condo is very comfortable with lovely decor. We slept very well on the mattress. Anne was easy to contact and a pleasure to spend time with, even though it was a short amount of time. We believe that anyone would love staying at this condo. We have already talked and recommended it to family and friends.

  We had a great stay at this beautiful clean well-kept condo with a fabulous view of the ocean and the pool. Anne was very friendly and easy to do business with and truly wanted to be sure we had a wonderful vacation. We had everything we needed on nights we wanted to stay in and cook and all of the appliances were like new. The layout of the condo was such that each bedroom was completely private and one of them opened right up to the balcony which also extended to the main living area. We would definitely stay here again!

  Our stay at this condo was wonderful. It is beautifully funished and has everything that you could possible need. The kitchen has all of the pots, pans, dishes and utensils and all were new. The condo was very clean and maintained. The beautiful balcony overlooking the pool and the beach had very nice patio furniture. The owner could not have been any nicer and easy to deal with. All in all, it was a great vacation. Thanks Ms. Anne.

  This was my niece's and my first trip to the Gulf Shores. The finest sand I've ever seen and very clean water. The condo is very nicely decorated and comes very well appointed. We had to cook several meals at the condo during our stay since my niece is a vegetarian and there's not a lot of vegetarian options in the area (that's true for the South in general). I'm an experienced cook and was surprised at the number of pots, pans, baking racks, roasting racks, stirring spoons, etc. in the condo (I did miss my Wusthoff knives, however, but no condo will come with those.). The appliances are modern and work beautifully too. The condo is also around lots of shopping (souvenirs and groceries) and restaurants and very near things like dolphin cruises, parasailing, etc. The complex has many pools - both indoor and outdoors. Just past the pools is the gorgeous beach and the gulf. We had a great stay and I look forward to returning.

  The condo was very nice. The view was fantastic! Checking in went smoothly (which is a MUST in my book). Anne was very nice and extremely easy to work with.

  We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Anne was wonderful to work with and called to make sure everything was fine in the rooms. The appliances are higher end than in most condos we saw. We had friends staying in other rooms at the Phoenix 3 during our stay and we were the only ones with a full size front loading washer and dryer instead of the smaller stacked ones in most condos! This came in handy with dirty beach towels and clothes from 3 teens! The view was great and beds comfortable. Pool area and bbq area very nice Everything we needed was there and we were sad to leave!
