I have a beautiful Condo with a great view of the pool area and the sparkling emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. It is located on the fourth floor. There is a private balcony with access from the living room and the master bedroom.
The pool is very large and there is also a pool for children. There is a boardwalk which goes out to the sugar white sands of the beach. When you return, there is a shower for you to rinse the sand from your feet.
There is an indoor heated pool and two hot tubs inside. In addition to that, we also have a sauna.
There is an area which has charcoal grills and picnic tables. You will love grilling out and eating by the water and enjoying the beautiful sunsets.
Our resort also offers a fitness room, a racquetball area and well lit tennis courts.
There is a sleeper sofa in the living room with a 42 inch LED Flat sCREEN TV, a CD player and a DVD player. One entire wall in the living room/dining room is mirrored. This makes a nice reflection of the ocean.
The kitchen is full equipped with appliances, dishes, pots and pans and silverware. There is a refrigerator with an ice maker, a microwave, garbage disposal, stove and a washer/dryer for your convenience.
Both bedrooms have a king-size bed and a TV. The master bedroom has a 16 inch Euro Top Mattress. There is a sliding glass door that you can use to go out on the balcony. Both bedrooms have connecting baths. Clock radios are provided in each bedroom.
Free WiFi (Wireless Internet) is provided.
There is plenty of shopping and many fine restaurants for your dining pleasure nearby.
Snowbirds are welcome and monthly rates are available from October through February at very reasonable rates.
My condo is my home away from home and my little piece of paradise. I would very much like to share it with you. Once you stay here, you will return year after year. So, c'mon down. All you need is your personal items. I will be looking for ya'll.

The total amount of the lodging fees will need to be paid 30 days prior to check in date.

Once again we have enjoyed a great Nov. here in Orange Beach. The condo is clean, spacious,comfortable,and beautifully appointed, as indicated in the photos; with everything one would need. The staff are friendly and efficient. We always look forward to coming here to the gulf and enjoying the view from the large balcony, whether it's sunrise, sunsets, or watching the dolphins during the day.

We had a nice time earlier this month at Gulf Shores. Weather was nice, quite a bit windy, but sunny. All in all a very pleasant stay. Your Phoenix 3 condo was very comfortable, nicely appointed, and a great location. Really close to grocery stores and restaurants. Great balcony view. Beautiful, pristine beach. Of course being there in the fall has it’s perks – nowhere near the usual summer crowds and not much traffic! Was a wonderful way to decompress and relax. Thanks for your hand in our enjoyable vacation, and best wishes for future success in your rental business.

The condo was beautiful and the view from the balcony was wonderful. The condo had all the amenities anyone would need for a great stay at Orange Beach. Great restaurant, Live Bait, almost across the street. The Phoenix III has a great grilling area if you don't want to eat out. Everything is close by, The Wharf, the zoo and water sports. Hope to go again next year.

Great location, directly on beach. Restaurants, grocery, pharmacy, etc. within a 5 min ride. View of beach from balcony is spectacular. Condo is nicely furnished and very comfortable. Definitely recommend this condo and plan to go back!

This is the 3rd year that my family and my best friend's family have stayed in this condo! That should speak volumes about Ms. Anne and the condo itself. Ms. Anne is so nice to work with, and we love the condo. It has everything you could possibly need-appliances, big flat screen TV, and 2 king size beds. It also has beautiful decorations! Ms. Anne is always so easy to get in touch with and very helpful! I would recommend this condo to anyone, and YES we plan on making next year the 4th year we stay in this condo!!

We had such a great trip staying in Miss Anne's condo. It was very clean upon check in and everything I had read in reviews was right on. The condo was spacious, with a well equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. The beach is very accessible and the pools were great for days we weren't up for going down to the beach. The only reason I gave a 4 for comfort was because one of the showers wasn't draining well when we got there, but after calling Anne, it was repaired the next day! Thanks so much!
