We found the condo to be clean and tastefully decorated and furnished. With two king beds it's ideal for two couples. Fourth floor location provides easy access and great view of the beach and gulf. Would stay here again in a heart beat. Owner called us to make sure that everything was up to our expectations and it certainly was. Would highly recommend.

How delighted I was to find this Condo available for my last minute get-a-way! The owner was very accomodating to help me make it happen on very short notice. It was no surprise to find the Condo in excellent condition, nicely decorated with a great view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. I found it relaxing and more than adequately furnished. It was very accessible with no problems getting an elevator, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone. Thank you so much for sharing it with my family.

Stayed in this condo a few days in April 2012......very comfortable, beautifully decorated, clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the balcony overlooking the beach. The owner was very helpful and a pleasure to rent from. We highly recommend this property.

Fantastic View of the Gulf!

This condo was our home for a week over spring break. Our family (teen-aged daughter, 12 year old son) had never been to the gulf coast before, so we had no idea what to expect. The area is gorgeous. We were surprised that Orange Beach is high-rise condo upon high-rise condo and not much else besides the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico and white sugar sand. The condo complex itself was nice, but not super high-class. We enjoyed the pool area (the indoor pool and hot tub often looked dirty due to the sand dragged in), the tennis and racquetball courts and the work-out room. This condo was a very nice accommodation and nicely decorated. The kitchen has been recently re-done and is top-notch and well-stocked; but be sure to bring any/all consumables such as plastic wraps, bags and the like. The only real downside was that we are not fans of soft beds at all and the king-sized bed in the master bedroom was way too soft (it has a squishy pillow-top) for our liking and my sleep was really hampered during the week. The only other thing not in great working order was one of the patio doors stuck in the track from all the salt/sea air corrosion. I did bring this to the owner's attention, but she wasn't sure who took care of that...the owner or the association. We ended up always using the other patio door to get out onto the balcony. Overall, the condo was great, but the bed made for some very long nights. The other bed in the 2nd bedroom is more firm (I figured that out with one night to go)...but there's no lovely ocean view in that room.

Owner response:We do have lots of high rise condos in Orange Beach, but we also have many other things to do and see here. I did refer the problem with the patio door not opening properly to the maintenance department and the problem has been resolved. I am sorry the mattress was too soft for my guest. It is not a pillow top mattress. It is a 16" Euro Style "Plush" mattress. I travel a lot and I know there is never a bed as comfortable as mine is at home. Almost every guest I have tell me in their reviews how much they love my mattress.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Miss Anne's beautifully decorated condo. Both bedrooms were very comfortable--especially enjoyed the pillow-top mattress in the master bedroom. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could possible need--complete with new appliances and granite countertops. Beach view from the balcony was beautiful and both indoor and outdoor pools were clean and well-kept. Miss Anne even called to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed. How about that!! We plan to come back as soon as possible.

Condo was all we had hoped for and more. Beautifully decorated interior, new kitchen appliances, granite counter tops, fully-equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms were very comfortable. Especially enjoyed the pillow-top matress in the master bedroom. Very nice beach view from the balcony. All personnel we dealt with at check-in and security were friendly and helpful. Had absolutely no problems and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plan to come back as soon as possible!

We just returned from a wonderful and restful week of vacation on Orange Beach. Anne's condo was cozy and right on the gulf. It is close to restaurants and other attractions. Her kitchen and master bathroom are newly remodeled and beautiful. Anne was always available to answer questions. She is pleasant and concerned about your having a good time and enjoyable stay. I would not hesitate to rent her condo for any future visits to Orange Beach!

We had a nice time earlier this month at Gulf Shores. Weather was nice, quite a bit windy, but sunny. All in all a very pleasant stay. Your Phoenix 3 condo was very comfortable, nicely appointed, and a great location. Really close to grocery stores and restaurants. Great balcony view. Beautiful, pristine beach. Of course being there in the fall has it’s perks – nowhere near the usual summer crowds and not much traffic! Was a wonderful way to decompress and relax. We had such a great trip staying in Miss Anne's condo. It was very clean upon check in and everything I had read in reviews was right on. The condo was spacious, with a well equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. The beach is very accessible and the pools were great for days we weren't up for going down to the beach. The only reason I gave a 4 for comfort was because one of the showers wasn't draining well when we got there, but after calling Anne, it was repaired the next day! Thanks so much!

This is the 3rd year that my family and my best friend's family have stayed in this condo! That should speak volumes about Ms. Anne and the condo itself. My two daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was nicely decorated and equipped. The view was perfect, overlooking the Gulf as well as the pool. It was only a short walk to the beach. We never had to wait for long for the elevator. The beds were very comfortable and all of the appliances worked well.

This was our second time in Orange Beach and it was awesome. The condo was in a great location. It was very well kept and made my family feel at home. It was so nice to be able to sit out on the balcony and to look right at the water and then be able to go down and be on the beach in a matter of seconds. Very nice and clean condo. Spacious enough for 6 people to be really comfortable. Equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. Located directly on the beach with beautiful sunsets and immediate access to the local activities and restaurants. Owner (Anne) was nice to work with and communicated all instructions in a timely manner. Gave directions, to the condo with landmarks to identify the exact location area, which was very helpful for me. Enjoyed my visit and would definitely stay here again in the future. This was our first experience with a Phoenix property, and we loved it! The condo has a beautiful view of the Gulf and is very comfortable. We really enjoyed the outdoor and indoor pools as well as the hot tubs. The property is very well maintained. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to stay! The description and photos of the condo are accurate, so there were no surprises when we got there. The property was clean and well-maintained. We wanted a place we could get away and relax with a view of the gulf and that is exactly what we got. It was quite peaceful. Our daughter had a great time also. The Perfect Vacation Spot

The Condo was very nicely decorated with the exception the Kitchen could use a little TLC and Ms. Anne was great to work with and very prompt at getting back with you. I loved the condo it was very well equipped. But, I do have a few suggestions I think the Condo could have used more Bath Towels and Kitchen Towels. Also, when we got ready for bed that night none of the Beds had Blankets on them so, we had to take the beds all apart just to put the Blankets on them. I Love the Location of the Condo and I like the fact of having Security on the property, The only other thing that was a little diappointing was I have Friends that live in the Mobile Area and they came up to Visist with us and we had to pay for another Parking Pass. My Friends stayed in the same Unit and they people they rented from left their Parking Pass for them to use while they stayed in their Condo which I thought was a nice thing. I would recomend this Condo to my Friends and Our Overall stay was great but, i would recomend my suggestions.

Owner response:I strive to keep my condo nice and well stocked for my guests. My maid is instructed to leave 6 towels and 6 washcloths and 3 dish cloths. This is to accommodate 6 people. The reason the blankets were not on the beds is because our temperatures in October change from very warm to chilly. I think it is best to let my guests add the blankets to their beds if they need them. We are not supposed to loan our parking pass to our guests. The fee is $13.32 and I don't think it is worth me getting in trouble by not passing this on to my guests.

What a wonderful way to clelebrate! First time we had been to Gulf Shores since Katrina and we can't wait to go again. From the lovely condo, outstanding seafood at every restaurant (and we went to many), to the beautiful white sand (no oil) and clear water...it could not have been better. The best kept secret are the extended off road bi- cycle trails that go through lush greenery, by huge oak trees laden with spanish moss. What an experience to go every morning in the cool of the day to commune with nature in that perfect setting. We were impressed with the maintenance and cleanliness of this older facility but the staff and owner have gone out of their way to make our time away a most memorable one. The only suggestion that I could make is a toaster for bread & bagles would be a welcome addition so that the oven would not have to be heated. We have been home less than a week and have already recommended the condo to several friends.

This is one of the nicest condos we have stayed in. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw how pretty and nicely decorated it was. The beds are large. The kitchen is well equipped. The patio is large. You have a wonderful unobstructed view of the ocean. It was quiet and there are plenty of swimming opportunities right at the condo if the weather happened to be bad. Anne is great. She is prompt in providing information and making sure your stay is memorable. I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

We loved staying at the Phoenix III! Ms. Anne is wonderful and made it so easy for us. This was a late notice trip and we just happened upon her listing. She answered promptly and we were on our way! It was very clean and anything you could need was there. I especially liked that there was hand soap available! The beds and furniture were all very comfortable and the towels were very soft! This year was a little different because of the oil-going back and forth with the decision of whether to go. Again, Ms. Anne was so kind to keep us updated continuously with what was going on, giving us websites to view and even calling the condo herself to check on things. The condo is beautifully decorated with two king-sized beds-comfortable beds. The condo has everything you could possibly need and is in a perfect location. Thanks again, Ms. Anne, for a great trip. Plan on hearing from us again next year!!

We stayed here 04-30-10 thru 05-02-10 for my daughter's wedding in Orange Beach. The condo is gorgeous and just as described. We had no rain for the beach ceremony. Anne booked us a meeting room for the ceremony as a backup plan in the event of rain. She has never met us but went this extra step to ensure we had a perfect day. We will be back for another visit and hopefully can stay longer next time. The condo is a great value and right in the middle of anything that you could possibly want to do!

We stayed at the Phoenix III by Anne Arnold on April 15-April 18. First, Ann was pleasant to rent from and was punctial with making the reservations. Second, the condo was great! The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had all essentials needed for the stay. The two king beds were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the view of the beach from the balcony, in particular, watching the dolphins swim by in the early morning. It was nice that the condo was only about a 2 min walk to the beach. Overall, it was a wonderful, relaxing vacation!!!!

My husband and I rented Anne's condo in Orange Beach last year and enoyed it so much that we rented it again this year. It is in a great location -on the beach, easy access to many good restaurants, and lots of shopping. It is very well maintained and nicely decorated.

If you are looking for a place to let all your all tensions melt away, this is it. We loved the location, all the shopping, golf and great places to eat. Every morning walking the beautiful beach. My son and girlfriend came down the second week and must have really got comfortable because he asked her to marry him. Anne was great to work with and always available. Thanks for sharing your place with us, it will always be a time remembered and to date we think our best vacation.

This is the place if you are looking for a lovely condo, and a restful place. As you sit out on the balcony and watch the waves, all tensions melt away. The condo is completely furnished with all the necessities, decorated beautifully and Anne is the ultimate owner. She's always available if you have any questions. We love Orange Beach, the restaurants, the activities and the great Madri Gras parades. Jim golfed 6 days a week . The beaches are great, we spent many hours walking and finding shells. Enjoyed our stay, thank you. We enjoy going to Orange Beach both in summer and winner months. This trip was late December and very enjoyable. Great time of the year to relax and if you enjoy looking for shells they are all over the beach.

This condo was very nicely decorated and furnished and the view was just great over looking the pool and ocean. This condo is ideal for two couples traveling together with two king beds and adjoining bathrooms.

We stayed at Anne's condo Sept 26th-Oct. 2nd. The condo is exactly at the pictures show. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable. The condo had all the things you need to cook meals,etc. The staff at the complex was very friendly. The pool area was very clean. The weather was great and we saw dolphins ,sting rays,and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. I would highly recommend this unit.

Anne, you have a beautiful condo and so very comfortable. My parents came down for the week with us and it was their first time to be in a condo. It was a great experience for them. They loved being directly on the beach and the magnificant view. We wanted for nothing (there was even a scissors). The condo is completely furnished, and the beds (king size) are very comfortable. The decor was wonderful, updated and very homey. The view watching the sun rise is always breathtaking. Thanks for sharing your place with us, it will always be a time remembered. There are alot of great places to eat, Bubba's, Cotton's and Doc's, just to name a few. We will keep the info on the condo handy so we can contact you again for another visit. Anne is great to work with and I highly recommend her condo for a comfortable and relaxing stay at the beach.
