Carlos was fantastic. He met us at the apartment as soon as we arrived in Florida. It was clean and in an excellent location. While we were there he followed up regularly to make sure that we didn't need anything. He even came over on the evening of our first night when I (college graduate) couldn't figure out how to turn on the hot water in the shower. Carlos is personable, polite, friendly and generally well rounded. I definitely will do business with him again in the future and I highly recommend his business to anyone looking for an apartment in Florida.
