This luxurious end unit condo provides an exceptionally comfortable and cozy place to spend time with family and friends, or make it a romantic getaway! The condo has everything you'll need to enjoy a great vacation, is fully outfitted and enjoys a convenient location. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths are located downstairs, while upstairs is a third bathroom (with a shower) and open floor plan kitchen, dining room and living room.

Each of the bedrooms has a flat screen TV and is decorated with it's own unique style. Pillowtop beds, luxury linens and loads of pillows make for a great night's sleep and prepare you for the joys of the Mammoth area. Beware, the cozy and comfortable beds may tempt you to sleep in!

The condo is beautifully decorated with warm comfort in mind, and provides a rich and soothing feel. There's a gorgeous slate wood stove and entertainment center, sporting an extra large flat screen TV, DVD and VHS players.

The pictures are quite nice, but don't do it justice! The colors in the public areas bring the outside in, with greens, browns and golds. The tremendously high ceilings give a roomy, spacious feel and there are views toward the Sherwin mountain range.

Our condo is owned by two families filled with avid skiers, outdoorsmen, mountain bikers, fishermen and hikers, and you'll find it perfectly suited to all the gear that goes along with that. There is a ski/fishing pole storage locker off the front porch, a fenced and gated area to store mountain bikes, bulky gear and sleds, an indoor entry area to take off and store ski boots, plentiful hooks for hanging gear and parkas, roomy closet space in each bedroom and a floor plan that works well for multiple families.

The kitchen is open to the dining and living rooms, allowing the cooks to be involved in the fun. Outfitted with stainless steel appliances it's both lovely and functional. You'll find it to be very well stocked with an impressive range of cooking implements, spices, with dishes and flatware enough for large gatherings. The dining room table sits 10 and has been the locale for many a feast and countless high-spirited games.

Transportation to and from the hill is simple with a Mammoth shuttle stop a block away, at the intersection of Tyrol Lane and Kelly Road. Skiing in at the end of the day is not suited for beginners, and may be tough for boards. For those who wish to ski in, ski down under the Eagle Chair (Chair 15). Once you cross the bridge, make a sharp left and follow the ski track that runs alongside Lake Mary Road. This takes you to the rear of our complex, turn in after the first building and ski virtually to the door. Skiing out to the Eagle Lift is easy but takes some effort as you're skiing a track through the trees and there's a need for skating in parts. (Good way to warm up in the morning!) Call for details!

Spring/Easter Break and after ....... $259/night (3 night min during holiday)
Christmas, New Years, Martin Luther King and Presidents weekend
Add fees: 13% Mammoth Tax, $150 cleaning - waived for stays of 5 or more nights
3% fee for credit card use. $500 refundable security deposit.
Condo is booked when deposit & agreement are received
Stay 7 nights and get a $125 credit for a stay next year!

    • This is probably the nicest condo I have ever rented. The bedrooms are nice and have comfortable beds and flat screen TVs. The living room is spacious and comfortable with plenty of seating and a large screen TV with a DVR (which is great if you have kids and need to record some cartoons for them). The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need for your stay and the dining room table is big enough for your entire group. The place is clean and walking distance from the slopes. We will be back for sure. Thanks
