I have chosen this flat because of the quality of its residence and the great attraction that the Marais represents for people who like beauty, art and culture. The street is one of the most beautiful and prestigious in the Marais with its noble palaces.
My second reason to acquire this property is its very central location in the city, the no 1 metro line and the proximity so important to me of the Place des Vosges, Place de la Bastille with its Opera-Bastille !

I love the quietness of the studio ,my French Baroque monumental mirror, the elegance of the courtyard, the corridors, the fountains I pass through every time I come and go, the amability of my concierges, Mr and Mrs Pinto, always there to help .
I love my ***** queen size bed and its high technology mattress, the two big French windows and the big geranium bush that you can see from the studio as well as the beautiful Hotel particulier that faces the flat, with its refined interior decoration.
I can cook very well with the fully equipped kitchen, its powerful oven, and at night ,the lights of the extractor fan system bring an intimate and modern designed lightening....
My bathroom's window allow a lot of light or sun , and I like it, particularly when I am having a bath. The walls make you feel like you are in a boat thanks to the wooden panels.
