In the heart of Umbria, surrounded by 100 private acres of olive trees and vineyards, you will find a villa, a magnificent house with 6 bedrooms, filled with antiques in a magical spot tucked away in the countryside of Italy but just an hour and half from either Rome or Florence.
Around the core of an ancient stone farm house, your hosts have renovated and added an expansive villa with 6 bedrooms, 6 and half baths, giant living room and dining room with antique beam vaulted ceilings and stone fireplaces.
A large dining room can accommodate all 14 guests, and a state of the art open kitchen is perfect for practicing the arts of Italian cuisine. If you don't wish to cook, an excellent chef is on site and can be hired to feed you! You can choose the perfect wine for your meal from the extensive wine cellar.
A private swimming pool with an invisible edge looks out over a lush valley and the charming ancient town of Ficulle, just a short walk away through the olive orchards. A health club, on site, is outfitted with the latest fitness equipment.
Down a winding drive, hidden behind more orchards of olives and persimmons is the home of your host. A multi lingual "grand-dame" of tour guides, an expert in architecture, design and history, Signora Chapman is not only the owner of the properties, but your personal advisor to help arrange your day trips to Florence and Rome and/or closer and equally wonderful towns such as Orvieto.
This villa has 6 bedrooms to accommodate 6 couples - and, two of the bedrooms have additional day beds for another guest, and, one of the bedroom has a loft area perfect for children's sleeper loft - thus, maximal potential of 14 adults and two children.
