The king-size bedroom upstairs has a balcony overlooking the pool, TV, and a private bath. The third room has twin beds, TV, a balcony on the front, and a private bath.
The villa is located on a dead-end street with little traffic. It is a five-minute walk to the beach, golf, tennis, general store, etc. There are bike paths to shopping, boating, fishing, and other amenities.
Palmetto Dunes is located in the middle of the Island and is convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, banks, shopping, etc.
