Enjoy a wide view of the ocean sunrises from each window. You will see nothing but dolphins jumping and an almost private beach. Our condo is a corner unit so it is very quiet with the best views around. The condo has been decorated in Florida style bright colors to reflect the mood of the views.
LIVING ROOM-spacious and overlooking nothing but ocean. There is Wi-Fi throughout and plenty of room for lounging and watching the wide screen. There is a queen sized pullout.
KITCHEN-All the appliances are new and the kitchen if fully loaded with anything you can think of. The window looks out at the ocean as well.
MASTER SUITE-This room is huge with an upgraded King mattress, closet, and plenty of room to store belongings. The whole wall is a view of the ocean and pool/courtyard. There is also a twin pullout bed from the oversized chair and a large TV.
GUEST BEDROOM-This is a brightly colored room equipped with a bunk bed with a double on the bottom, a trundle full of games underneath and another twin trundle bed next to it. This room sleeps 4 comfortably. There is also a large closet, bureau and Wii for fun and games.
BATHROOMS-Both bathrooms are large with showers. Hair dryer provided.
OTHER AMENITIES-You won't have to bring anything for the beach since every shovel, chair and beach towel is included in your stay. All you have to do is pack the sandwiches and beer and relax!
WASHERS/DRYERS- There are 6 coin operated washers and dryers located right down the hall along with elevators and grocery carts for an easy way to carry up your groceries and luggage.

We completely enjoyed our stay at your property. The location and view can't be beat! The pictures are only a small tidbit of this wonderful place. When they say you don't need to bring much....they mean it. Practically everything we needed was already there. We are completely satisfied and for what you get, you won't find a better price. No need to look anywhere else. We will be coming back next year!

We enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable condo at Ormond-by-the-Sea. An end unit on the third floor provided us with fabulous views of the ocean. The beach was beautiful and the weather perfect. It was difficult to leave after our three week stay. The owners had the condo well supplied and they were easy to reach when questions arose. Restaurants and shopping were very close by.

Our family had an amazing time in Ormond Beach for our vacation this Summer. The condo was in great condition with large bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen and two full bathrooms. We spent our days relaxing on the beach and shopping for souveniers in nearby Daytona Beach. Our son had a blast trying out his new surf board and our daughter rescued a wild seahorse from the ocean. We named her Sandy and brought her home with us. She's doing well, thriving in a small salt-water tank. Each night we walked on the beach checking for sea turtles and watching crabs chase waves. A special week with the family and memories for a lifetime.

I have vacationed in many different condos in Florida, and also been a Florida resident. In all those years I have never seen such a breathtaking ocean view. The proximity of this condo to the beach is amazing....just steps away. The interior is perfect for both couples and families. The decor is upbeat and beach casual. The kitchen has absolutely everything you could need. The beds are extremely comfortable. We will return again and again to this property....why should we look for anything else when you have found perfection?

What a relaxing vacation!!! You can walk out to the beach and feel as if you are the only one there. As a family of four, we have vacationed in many different spots along the coast of Florida and Ormond is one of our favorites. We really love staying at AB and Brent's condo. They have everything you need and it's even big enough to have visitors stay overnight! This is the perfect getaway for anyone looking to really enjoy beach life!

Extremely comfortable place, with really nice decorating theme that not only helps with the feel of the beach but keeps you entertained. Every time you look around you see something you hadn't seen before. Owner was great to work with and had spot on descriptions of area restaurants and bars. A good time was had by ALL!

My husband and I rented this condo in February and March of 2010; had a great time. Condo is well situated, close to Daytona Beach, Orlando, St-Augustine which we visited whith pelasure, but most of all it has the most fabulous view of the ocean which is just across the street! Enjoyed watching the dolphins going by and my husband even saw a couple of whales. Would recommend this place to couples or a family with young children. It has everything you need for a great vacation. Amy Beth and Brent were very helpful in all our enquiries but not intrusive.

Condominium was perfect for our family. The views were gorgeous and the rooms were large. Everything we needed for the beach was available. It was a very nice relaxing atmosphere.
