We loved our home away from home condo. We just spent 10 days there and everything was very nice and clean The condo is situated nicely with a pool view which was awesome for my 6 year old..The location of this condo is really good a short drive to the parks and downtown Disney. A Walmart close for food items. An outlet mall across the street . The front desk was also helpful . Dealing with the the owner directly was a very good experience. Thanks so much.

This was our second vacation at Lake Buena Vista Resort. The condo is beautiful and the kids (ages 3, 6, 8, and 9) love the pool and the hottubs! The staff members are very friendly. The front desk called us within an hour of checking in to make sure everything was okay with the condo. Very easy drive to Disney. Got all our groceries at the nearby WalMart. We received prompt replies from the owner when we emailed questions to him. We highly recommend this condo.

We picked this condo for the close proximity to disney world. We came to orlando for the 2012 disney world marathon, which was a very fun marathon to run, especially for first time marathoners. It was very easy to drive to the epcot area for the start of the race and the whirlpool bath in the condo was a great after run ice bath for our legs. Also within the resort, they have a spa which we took advantage of a few hours after the race. A great spa with amazing massages. The condo was exceptionaly clean and staff very accomodating. We had a late departure to the airport and they allowed us to stay by the pool and keep our condo vacant for a few hrs after checkout time. One thing they dont have is airport transportation, however they did call a van for us, which cost $50 . David is very diligent about responding to all your questions and emails you back immediately which is a refreshing change. Ive used vrbo for many years and he is by far the most reliable. I would definately use this condo again for any of my orlando travels.

This condo was a great place to stay. It was conveniently located to all of our destination points. We had our infant granddaughter and had requested a high chair and pack-n-play which were provided. The off-street covered parking was nice on the two rainy days. Our unit was clean and well equipped. Our son's business had him staying at an upscale Disney resort hotel. I was happy that we were staying at this resort. Our entire experience in this condo was tremendously positive.

This was our third trip to disney and I would say that this was definitely the best place we have ever stayed!! We truly enjoyed our stay at the resort: >Very close to disney, we're at disney's main gate in no time! >The resort was fantastic! my kids loved the pirate pool and the jacuzzi tub at our bedroom!! >Many facilities nearby including walmart ( just a minute away) and restaurants! >Very smooth transaction from reservation to check out! they allowed us to have a late check out so my kids were able to enjoy swimming in the pool and I was able to go shopping at the outlet mall just beside the resort >Thank you David! I just wished I found your resort during our previous trips!!

Our family stayed here and enjoyed it very much. Great location only 10 minutes to Disney or Seaworld. Pool is fantastic and the Irish Pub is for real not just a gimmicky hotel restaurant. Would stay there again.

October Vacation 2011 Awesome condo!

We rented this condo in late October to go to Disney World. The condo was immaculate, everything was there that you need to have a great stay. After 12 hours of walking around in Disney, the master bathroom's deep, jacuzzi tub was just what the doctor ordered! It was great to have two separate bedrooms instead of having to share space in a motel/hotel somewhere and the price was RIGHT! Nice view of the pool from the balcony. The pool area was great fun for my 3 year old grandson. The condo is close to Disney, a great Irish Pub and shopping, if you choose. The reception staff coudn't have been any friendlier and helpful. I definately would rent this one again.

Our family of four (2kids 10 & 8) and 2 adults LOVED this condo!!! We stayed here prior to our cruise on the Disney Dream to enjoy Disneyworld & Universal. It was very clean and had all the necessities we needed. The condo was very convenient to grocery stores and the parks. David was wonderful to work with and answered all my questions quickly. The kids loved the pool and the Irish pub had great food. The convenience store had anything you would need but I would recommend going to Wal-Mart to stock up on food and souvenirs. We cannot wait to come back with our families very soon. I would definitely stay here again. If you are considering this condo for your vacation, this is the place to stay!

We rented this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a view of the pirate ship pool. It is in very good shape, and included all the necessities and extras that were promised. It was spacious, quiet, clean and had a very simple check-in and check-out process. The pool is super fun for the kids, and there is a game room, restaurant, and work out facility on site. I would certainly rent it again!

We had an excellent family holiday in Lake Buena Vista Resort and at the specific condo. David is a fantastic host and really made our stay memorable and joyful! After a long research over the net and various agents, we concluded that in order to have good proximity to all parks and attractions, but also value for money, to go for an out of disney world hotel establishment. the various gated communities, with the autonomous pools, etc, might be good, yet are very remote and isolated and difficult to book. A friend of ours recommended this resort and through this website, we addressed e-mail reservation requests directly to various owners. David was the first and most professional to respond! The entire booking to check in - check out process was seamless and always strongly supported by David, we encountered no problems or hustle at all! The condo is ideally located on eh 4th floor of the 3rd building (new one), overlooking the themed pool with the pirate ship. Elevators are highly operational. The condo is kept in an excellent condition, very clean, tidy, really fully equipped and David is always alert to assist with any fine tuning needed. (the only negative of the hotel is the staffing, the reception was always understaffed; the cleaning upon request was ok and at reasonable rate) Its really spacious, both bedrooms are huge and the bathrooms amazing. The sofa bed is also fine for the extra 2 persons (4+2) if needed.Flat tv at the living room is big and with excellent cable tv selection; also wi fi (free) is very good The most important pro of this condo is its location: its really strategically positiend, you can literally be parked in all Disney Parks in real 10 min and drive to all other area parks in less than 15min! You do not lose anytime getting in and out of communities, big hotel complexes, etc useful tips: a car is a must; do not depend on shutle bus service; renting a car is vey cheap and convenient do use upon availablitty the indoor garage of 1st-2nd floor, has direct acess to eleveators and do shop at Walman; its 2 min drive and has literally everything at unbetable prices the convinience storre at the resort is ok for what it is and also they deliver nice Pizza Hut Concierge Service is fine Business Center is ok the Fitness Center is much below average Do not eat at the Irish Pub, Do use Billy Boys for your tickets reservations Do not go the the Pirates Dinner show!!! Once more,very attractive condo in fantastic location

I would like to thank David for his flexibility and for his quick replies to my constant questions and e-mails! Lake Buena Vista Resort, Village and Spa is an excellent place to stay for people of all ages! We had 3 little ones with us and 7 adults, and there was plenty of room! The condo was fully stocked! It was clean and exceeded all of our expectations! The pool was such a welcome relief after a hot day at Disney! It was very close to the Disney Parks and Downtown Disney (free parking and a great place to catch Disney buses)! When we return, we will be in touch with David and we will be staying at here! We loved it! Everyone told us to stay at a Disney resort, but this is a much nicer and more affordable alternative!

Great for a large group stay

We recently stayed at David's condo for a large sporting event and had a great time. David was able to work with our group and reserved MANY condo units for us! He was able to get all of us in buildings 3,4, and 5 which was really nice. The pool is large and very clean. I never even made it to the smaller, "quiet" pool because we had so much fun at the Pirate Pool. The Irish Pub was convenient, although a bit overpriced (but isn't everything in the Disney area?) It was great having the convenience store, game room, work out room and Pizza Hut Express onsite. At large condo places, sometimes getting an elevator is a hassle, but not here! We never waited for more than a few seconds for an elevator! Also, security was always present, watching out for unruly kids, which was nice. The front desk folks were great, although I will warn that I overheard a man whose condo had been given away despite the fact that he had reserved that specific condo 6 months ago! He was put in a smaller unit in building one and was complaining that it was very run down. I know the place keeps groups of teens who are being chaperoned together on the same floor and will shift other people to new condos if need be. However, working directly with David and having a specific owner's property apparently prevents that shifting from happening. Overrall, a very good experience for the money. If you are looking for a very posh experience, this isn't it. If you are looking for a clean, large condo with ALL the amenities, as well as lots of nice exterior amenities as mentioned above, for a very fair price, then this place is for you. Did I mention how close it is to all things Disney and even to Universal? Thanks for everything David!

Spent Memorial Day Weekend 2011 at this resort. Dave's unit was booked, but he got us a unit in the resort. It was a great experience and value. Dave was awesome to work with. We went with our twin 2.5 year old boys and as we were leaving, they said they wanted to go back. We will definitely consider booking again at this resort in the future when we plan our next trip to Orlando.

My husband, 5 year old and 1 year old just returned from a great week in Orlando. The condo was clean and well maintained. The front desk brought us a pack n' play for our 1 year old immediately upon our request. Lake Buena Vista is the perfect location for an easy commute to Disney, Sea World and Aquatica. The kids loved the pool (the pirate ship slide was especially popular with our 5 year old). The full sized washer and dryer came in handy. I used the work out facility and it suited my needs perfectly.

Thanks David, we had a great time at your condo. The location is perfect for everyone no matter what you plan on doing while in Orlando. Everything was exactly as described, close to Disney, great Outlet Mall within walking distance, grocery stores nearby and the Irish Pub was great. If you’re looking for a place to stay, this is it. The balcony looks right onto the Pirate ship pool which is the best view from any of the condos. Any questions we had were answered immediately by the staff at the resort, and by David before we arrived. The condo was very clean, obviously the management at the condo takes great care and pride with making things right, the grounds around the buildings are very nice and well maintained. If your looking for a condo at a great price, close to everything this is the place. Thanks again….we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay.

WOW!!!! What a great place for our family to stay while visiting Disney World last week. We only had 3 days in Orlando prior to a cruise so we had to pack a lot in. Having never been to Disney World, we didn't know what to expect or where to stay. We chose a condo since we have four children and needed the space. This place is beautiful and clean. The pool was a lot of fun for our kiddos at the end of the day. I did a lot of research and the other reviews are exactly true. The biggest surprise for me was the location. The access into Disney World is really convenient. There are a lot of hotels down the road and the traffic in that area is very congested but this condo is located right next to 595 and it's so easy to hop on and be there in just a few minutes. I didn't realize how spread out Disney World is. Even the hotels located inside the park are not really all that close to the parks and require some type of transportation if you are planning to access all of them at some point. This condo, just outside the property was clean, comfortable and located in a quiet friendly area. There is a really nice Walmart just a couple blocks away for those grocery runs if you plan to cook on the premises. And you can't beat the service that David provided to our family, arranging 3 condos for all of my extended family who traveled with us. My extended family is still singing praises to my name for finding such a beautiful, convenient place to stay. They almost didn't want to get on the cruise ship. Thanks David. We are customers for life.

This is a great condo in a fabulous location for anyone visiting the Orlando attractions. It was about a 10 minute drive to the Magic Kingdom for our family. Our family had the best time in the Pirate pool after a long day at the disney parks. The condo was equiped with everything we needed for our stay. We were able to prepare many meals right in the comfort of the condo and only ate out once, which saved us a lot of $$$. We were able to do laundry everyday and loved the fact that we did not have to do any when we returned home. The condo was close to the airport, stores, restaurants, and even closer to the disney parks. We had an absolutely great vacation, thanks to David's condo.

We just stayed in David's unit for our son's 4th birthday. While we were apprehensive as this was our first experience using VRBO, it was nothing short of great! David was very helpful in working with us to be sure this was the right fit for us. The unit was just as decribed and perfect for our little boy. The unit is very close to the Disney parks, and close to many attractions, shops, restaurants, etc. The unit is well equiped and maintained. The resort does have transportation to the parks, and a very helpful person that helps with reservastion, recommendations, maps, etc. The unit has a great view of the pool with the pirates ship which is great for kids. The Irish Pub had good food, and it was nice to get food delivered to the unit after a long day at Disney. We would highly recommend this unit and hope to use it again in the future.

This was our first time staying off the Disney property and it was wonderful. The condo was very clean, close to the Disney parks, Wall Mart, Outlet Center etc. I took a bath in the huge bathtub each night after we returned from Disney, so relaxing. The washer and dryer were ideal, I wish I hadn't packed as many clothes because we could have just washed them each night. The pool was beautiful. Disney Marathon Weekend

My family and I stayed at the condo during the Disney Marathon weekend. I was concerned about not staying on site for such a big event, but it worked out great! We were so close to all the resorts and Downtown Disney that it never took but a few minutes to get there. The condo was nice and roomy and we felt right at home. I wish there had been a DVD player The huge jacuzzi tub came in handy after running the race. It was also nice being so close to Wal-Mart, the Outlet stores, and a few on site restaurants. I would definitely recommend for anyone to stay here. Great location, nice condo, great pool, and great experience!

Hi David. We had a wonderful experience staying at your condo! Initially, we were not sure if we should stay on the Disney property. However, we are so glad we chose to stay at your location. We were able to spread out, as the condo was so spacious. We liked not having to share a bedroom with the kids. Also, we loved having a kitchen and laundry right there. We ate breakfast every morning at the condo and we even did an occasional lunch and dinner depending upon what we had on the schedule. We appreciated how helpful you were in figuring out the details. Best Decision We Could Have Made

Planning a trip to Disney can be an exhilarating, but exhausting task; especially when you want every detail to be just perfect for creating those forever memories for your 5 yr old. My husband and I have been going to Disney for years and have experienced the full “Royal Treatment”, so our decision to choose a non-affiliated resort concerned me a little. However, after our arrival we soon realized we couldn’t have made a better choice. The condo was lovely, comfortable, convenient, quiet, well maintained, clean, and not to forget a great value….everything you could ask for to make your vacation the best! Although we chose not to have the daily housekeeping, all the staff we encountered were courteous, personable, and very helpful. We had a blast and without a doubt, we definitely plan to book with David in the future.

My wife and I meet there with our daughter, husban and 2 year old grandson, and had a wonderful time at the unit. Everyone at the resort was very helpful and informative. My family of four had a wonderful time using David's condo as a home base. Very comfortable, and clean. Having the laundry available meant packing less for the 8 day stay...very nice. The local restaurants are plenty, but our favorite turned out to be the Irish Pub just downstairs. Kid friendly and very good... Our first VRBO experience. It will not be our last! Thank you David.

I was part of a large group that wished to stay in close proximity to one another while keeping costs reasonable. The owner of this unit graciously assisted our group in arranging a block of condos at extremely competitive rates for the bountiful amenities offered with their condos. The location of the resort is ideal for anything and everything you would hope to access in Orlando without being in the thick of traffic. The units and property are very clean, and the pools are wonderful. We had all that we needed all very close by and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Orlando.

My family had a wonderful time at the condo. We have 6yr old, 5 yr old and 2 yr old and they had such a great time at the pool, including myself. The view from the balcony was great, the condo had everything you need from a wine opener, blender to washer/dryer. I washed clothes at the end of the day every night that when we came back home, I did not have to wash clothes at all. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The location of the condo couldn't be better. All the restaurants, Walmart, Disney parks were around the corner and the outlet shopping plazas by the condo had really good deals. My husband was very satisfied with my pick of this place that he is already talking about going back to this condo again next summer. Thanks for the great place!!

David, the condo was AMAZING. the huge tub in the master room was perfect for relaxing after a long day at Disney World. It was beautiful and the washer and dryer came in very handy. I used the kitchen to cook 4 different breakfasts and once to cook dinner. My family loved the pirate pool and we used the shuttle service to the parks all but one day. We will definately recommend this place to any of our friends that want to visit Orlando. Thanks for everything. Lisa

We stayed at the condo in mid-May for our daughters' first Disneyworld trip. The owner was quick to respond with answers to questions I had, and made reserving the condo a breeze. The resort is beautiful, and immaculately maintained, as was the condo itself. My daughters loved having their own bedroom and bathroom. The small grocery store was a great convenience especially with kids that were in a hurry to go swimming when we first arrived. It was a very quick drive to Disneyworld, and other attractions like Gatorland and Cocoa Beach were worth the short trips. I would definitely stay here again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

First impressions count, and this is a lovely condo. An easy drive from Orlando International Airport, helpful desk staff and a beautiful suite overlooking the pool. What more could you want? Well, it's also 10 minutes drive to Disney! Dave was great to deal with, even when we had to unexpectedly extend our stay due to volcanic ash! We were looking for the holiday of a lifetime and thats exactly what we got, with added jacuzzi! Brilliant. Will recommend to anyone who asks, you will not be disappointed, lovely suite, convenient for all types of shopping and so close to the Disney parks and everything else Orlando has to offer. Tons of restaurants and fast food nearby, retail outlets within walking distance. As well as the Disney parks, we visited Busch Gardens, Discovery Cove, Gatorland, Lake Toho Airboat rides, did a helicoptor ride and dinner shows and the furthest we drove was about 60 miles to Busch. All in all this was a wonderful holiday we wont forget in a hurry.

We attended a conference in Orlando in early January, 2010. By staying at this beautiful condo we saved almost 70% from the conference hotel costs and had a beautiful, two bedroom, two bathroom luxury condo. The rooms were spacious and beautifully appointed. Dave was excellent to work with and always answered e-mails in an expedient and helpful manner. I highly recommend this for any stay - long or short - in Orlando.

We've been to Orlando several times, and discovered staying in rentals was a much better value compared to hotels. You pay less and get much more! Of all the properties we've stayed at, this is one of the best. It is roomy enough for 5 or more, well cared for, and overlooks the pool. It is very convenient to the Lake Buena Vista area, and just a couple minutes from Disney. The pool is fun for the little ones, and the property has conveniences like a couple quick restaurants, spa, convenience store, and next to an outlet mall. There is even a Wal-Mart less than 1 mile away if you want to stock up the kitchen! The owner is a pleasure to work with, and you will definitely be happy if you book a stay here!

This was our first trip to Orlando and Disney. The condo was great and had everything you need when you are away from home. The kids loved the pirate ship water slide and the pool. Parents will love the hot tubs! The condo was very clean with lot's of space. The outlet stores are close and provide some excellent shopping. I should also mention that the owner (David) was great as well. This was my first VRBO booking and he made it a 5 star experience. Highly recommend this condo and owner!

We had an excellent time, wonderful resort. I have stayed at the Disney resorts before and this condo beat them hands down. Kids loved the pool, OK my wife and I did too. Great location close to everything. Condo is in great shape, had everything we needed and was very roomy for a family of five.
