The apartment is located in the historical neighborhood of Trastevere. Trastevere is among the most ancient and picturesque neighborhoods of the city.
Restaurants, bars, cafès and cinemas in all the windy streets and alleys liven the area up, especially in the warmer months when tables spill out onto the sidewalks and the streets and piazzas become a large meeting place or salotto. Within a few minutes distance is the lovely Gianicolo garden.
The area is well served by public transport going to the historical center via the tramline 8. A 10 minute walk leads straight to Campo de Fiori, Piazza Navona and the entire center. The Trastevere railway station is a few stops away via tram.
How to reach us:
From Fiumicino Airport (distance about 20 km.)
Catch the Leonardo Express train from the airport terminal (departures every 30 minutes with non-stop service to Termini Station). Once at Termini follow the instruction below - From Termini Station.
From Ciampino Airport (distance about 17 km.)
Outside the Arrivals terminal, find the bus line stop Co.Tra.L/Schiaffini and get off at the end of the line, Metro (subway) A "ANAGNINA". Take the metro (subway) in the direction "BATTISTINI" and get off at the "Termini" stop. Then follow the instruction below.
From Termini Station (distance about 2,5 Km)
Catch the bus line H till the "Gioacchino Belli" stop.
Vicolo del Moro is in a limited traffic zone (ZTL) with the following restrictions:
· Limited access on week-days Monday to Saturday from 6:30 am to 10:00 am
· Sundays and Holidays allow unlimited access.
In any case, parking is forbidden on Vicolo del Moro and other side streets and squares in the immediate area.
