One bedroom,one bath and a half condominium that sleeps 2-5. The master suite has a comfortable king pillow top mattress and a flat screen TV combo. There is a full size futon in the remodeled bunk area which includes built-in cabinets. No more pulling out the sofa. A large ottoman contains a bed for an extra guest.
The bathroom has been up-graded to a 5 foot walk-in shower. A fully stocked kitchen with bisque upgraded cabinets and Gallery Series appliances, with a side-by-side refrig/freezer. The one level granite breakfast bar is in addition to the dining area. You have a computer station with high-speed internet service for working vacationers. The living room has a 42" flat screen TV/DVD for your pleasure.
A no keys, no card system has been installed. No dropping off or picking up keys. You are given a time and date specific code that serves as an electronic key. You have the option to change codes.
The Inn at Summerwind is a luxury high-rise condominium complex on Navarre Beach which has been named "one of the best beach destinations in the US". Some of the amenities are it's own pool and hot tub directly on the beach. Fom March 'til Oct, you are provided with 2 chairs and an umbrella on the beach.
We offer our pet-free, smoke-free and handicap accessible vacation home for your enjoyment. Renters must be at least 25 years of age. See you at the beach.

We bought this condo because we own a home here on the Island and we love the location. Navarre Beach is the place to come for rest and relaxation. The Gullf Island National Seashore is one of the most beautiful drives we have ever seen. There are 12 miles of absolute beauty from Navarre Beach to Pensacola Beach.

We retired to Navarre Beach in 2000. Be lived in the Summerwinds condo for 4 years and then bought a home here on the Island. We bought here because of the beauty and relaxed atmosphere (no traffic).
