Absolutely huge home located in the heart of Surf City. Less than 1/2 mile from the Surf City pier, this beautiful home still sets quietly beside the ocean just steps away from the beach. From covered decks to spectacular ocean views, Starfish has everything you're looking for in a beach vacation.
Sitting quietly on a large lot, it is easy to see why this home books up solid nearly every year. A private enclosed outdoor shower is underneath the home for your convenience, in the rear of the home you will find a small picnic table enclosed in gorgeous landscaping. Take the stairs, or enter in on the bottom floor up to the scenic covered back deck.
3 Bedrooms are located on the 1st floor, all of which have access to the ocean view deck as well as views of the ocean right from the bedroom! To the left as you enter is a laundry area followed by a long hallway where the 3 bedrooms are located. Bedroom 1 located to the extreme right as you enter has a large queen size bed television, private bath/shower and a large walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 as you continue down the hallway has a twin-double bunk bed, small television and also has access to the oceanfront deck. Bedroom 2 shares a hallway bathroom with bedroom 3. Bedroom 3 is located on the left corner of floor 1, also has a queen size bed, television and access to the oceanfront deck.
Arriving upstairs brings you into an open floorplan kitchen, living room and dining room. The large kitchen sets to your right along with access to yet another deck facing the sound. Be sure to take in the beautiful ocean views as you set in the living room, or as you dine by the large windows. The top level deck is covered partially by a large dormer extending from the roof, perfect for shade and/or sunbathing.
Bedroom 4 is to the left of the dining area. With a queen size bed, beautiful ocean views and access to the shared bath, you may want to save this one for yourself!
Topping off Starfish is the realization of how close the beach is to your front door. Enjoy the sun from the deck, the rain from the deck, the views, and plenty of beach fun for the entire family.
