The beautiful Atlantic Ocean and expansive sandy beach are a mere one-minute walk away. Open the door from either of the decks and you can hear the sounds of the surf. The picture you see here is of the actual villa taken from the Marriott hotel next door. The villa is the lower right hand unit-truly the closest Moorings unit to the beach. The villa complex has a private swimming pool.
This villa has been updated and is equipped with Road Runner Wireless Internet Service. There is a 27" Panasonic TV/DVD/VCR combo unit in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Kitchen and baths are ceramic tiled.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and private bath. The guest bedroom has one queen, one twin, a twin sleeper sofa, and private bath. There is a washer and dryer in the third bathroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Both bedrooms have TV/VCR combo units.
The villa is within a few minutes walk to one of the world's best tennis facilities and three highly-rated golf courses.
