The beautiful Atlantic Ocean and expansive sandy beach are a mere one-minute walk away. Open the door from either of the decks and you can hear the sounds of the surf. The picture you see here is of the actual villa taken from the Marriott hotel next door. The villa is the lower right hand unit-truly the closest Moorings unit to the beach. The villa complex has a private swimming pool.
This pet-friendly villa is equipped with Road Runner Wireless Internet Service & Free/Unlimited Long Distance Phone Service (including Canada & Puerto Rico) . There is a new 46"LCD (1080p) TV with over 70 high definition channels and Blu-Ray player in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Kitchen and baths are ceramic tiled.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and private bath. The guest bedroom has one queen, one twin, a twin sleeper sofa, and private bath. There is a washer and dryer in the third bathroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Both bedrooms have LCD TVs and ceiling fans. The villa is within a few minutes walk to one of the world's best tennis facilities and three highly-rated golf courses.

Perfect place for my family and our vacation. The villa is beautifully decorated along with loads of extras. I hope we get this place avery year for our family. Baths have been updated from the other Moorings Villas that we have stayed in the past. We did stay in 3-4 about 5 years ago as well. Easy walk to the beach.Recommended for: People with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This condo is ideal. Close to the beach. Pet friendly. Resort security. All the amenities. Truly wonderful owners. This is our third year staying at this condo and we will be back in years to come.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+.

The property was well kept, and in good condition. The beach is close and clean. Golf was great, the courses at the Dunes are the best group on the island in my estimation. I would definitley stay again. Our dog was right at home.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
