The off-road parking is just a few steps from your private entrance. There is a porch and convenient enclosed mudroom with a view for removing your wet boots and gear before entering the living area. There is plenty of storage for your skiing/boarding equipment.

The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, electric coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer space, utensils and cutlery. Bedroom and loft are carpeted and sleep 4 comfortably. Loft is private. Futon in main room folds down to a comfortable bed. Come stay here winter and/or summer and enjoy beautiful Brian Head and the famous surrounding areas.
