This cute unit located within just a few feet of being ski in/ski out is right next to Park City Mountain resort. The complex sits back off the main road and is surrounded by open space. Across the street is Park City Municipal Golf Course with Cross Country Skiing available in winter. It is located on the free city bus route with easy access to all activities and attractions in Park City. It is close to Historic Main Street with shopping, galleries, and numerous top rated restaurants.
The condominium has a queen master bedroom with private bath on the main floor. Upstairs is a loft which features a queen size bed with its own private bath. The main floor features a living room with stone fireplace with flat screen above it, dining room that seats six, and a kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Kitchen counter also has two bar stools. The main floor also features a powder room off the hall. The sofa in the living area converts to a queen sleeper sofa as well.
The fireplace is gas. There is underground parking at no charge. Coin laundry facilities are located in the underground parking area. Across the street about two buildings down is the club house which features a sauna, a shared pool, and shared hot tub.
The linens provided are high thread count, along with soft Egyptian cotton towels. A guest basket will be there to great you as well as bottled water in the refrigerator.
Park City Mountain is steps away. Main Street and Deer Valley resort are less than 2 miles away with the Canyons being 3 miles away. All easily reached by shuttle bus. You can enjoy all three of Park City's top ranked resorts within minutes.
There are endless Winter and Summer activities in Park City and the surrounding areas.

Why the Owner Chose Three Kings
When we used to live in Washington we came to ski for the winter. Now that we live here we rent it out. It is directly accross from Park City Mountain. You can ski right down take off your equipment and walk across the street to the unit.
