In addition the facility features a supermarket, deli, ice cream parlor, internet cafe, video rental center, pharmacy and gift shops. You also have signing privileges at the two adjacent resorts - the Villa Del Arco and the Villa De Palmar.
Our unit is 2200 sq. ft., on the 6th floor and offers an ocean and pool view from the veranda. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, sitting area, private bath with spa tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has 2 queen sized beds and private bath. Both bedrooms, as well as the living room, have direct access to the veranda and cable TV's and DVDs. There is an additional full bath room, sofa bed in the living room, marble flooring, well equipped kitchen with eating counter, dining area and washer and dryer.

Base Rates .. $199-$500/night Rates vary depending on season.
Deposit Policy. Christmas and New Years Rates Higher
50% Reservation Deposit required to confirm dates. Once received
we will send you a Villa La Estancia Confirmation number. Full payment
is required at least 30 days prior to arrival.
Deposits are non refundable after 60 days prior to arrival date.
If cancelled after deposit made, and prior to 60 days to arrival
date, a $150 reservation processing fee will be assessed.
