Villa La Estancia offers the comforts of home as well as 24 hr. front desk concierge service, 24 hour security, ocean and poolside restaurants, fitness center, jacuzzi, pools (including children's pools) swim up bar and tennis courts. It is just a short beach stroll to additional restaurants and to town.
In addition the facility features a supermarket, deli, ice cream parlor, internet cafe, video rental center, pharmacy and gift shops. You also have signing privileges at the two adjacent resorts - the Villa Del Arco and the Villa De Palmar.
Our Villa is 2216 sq. ft., with specatcular ocean views from the nearly 1,000 SF veranda, just a couple of floors off penthouse level. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, sitting area, private bath with spa tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has 2 queen sized beds and private bath. Both bedrooms, as well as the living room, have direct access to the veranda and cable TV's and DVDs. There is an additional full bath room, sofa bed in the living room, marble flooring, well equipped kitchen with eating counter, dining area and washer and dryer.

Base Rates .. $300-$500/night Rates vary depending on season and occupancy needs.
Deposit Policy. Christmas and New Years Rates Higher
50% Reservation Deposit required to confirm dates. Once received
we will send you a Villa La Estancia Confirmation number. Full payment
is required at least 30 days prior to arrival.
Deposits are non refundable after 60 days prior to arrival date.
If cancelled after deposit made, and prior to 60 days to arrival
date, a $150 reservation processing fee will be assessed.
