Villa Alta Vista is considered by many to be the most beautiful and luxurious home in Vallarta. It sits on a hillside with magnificent panoramic views of the city, the ocean and the surrounding jungle. The villa is just five blocks from the Zona Romantica, which is filled with cosmopolitan restaurants and wonderful shopping; and two more blocks to the beach.
The house is newly constructed and is filled with art, artifacts and handicrafts from all over Mexico. Every luxury is provided including maid service three times a week. The pool is perched over the city and is solar-heated, and there is a Jacuzzi you can soak in while enjoying the nightly fireworks from our terrace. Wi-Fi, home theatre with movie screen, many movies, stereo, hundreds of CDs, American satellite TV, barbeque, indoor and outdoor living and dining areas. Cook available on request. We also have an overflow apartment with a separate entrance just below the villa that is usually available and that can accommodate four more people. We do not feel our house is suitable for toddlers as the pool and terrace are situated eight meters above ground level.
