This property is conveniently located on the highway between San Jose central and Cabo San Lucas. It is up on the hill above the Hummer dealer and the views are spectacular. Its a gated community with 24 hour security the peace and quiet here are amazing.
There are several owners that live here full time so if your looking for a loud party place this wouldn't suit you, but with Cabo only a short 15 miles away you can jump on a bus or in a cab and be in party central in minutes. Surfing spots are located as close as 2 miles away in either direction and fishing is only 2 miles away at the world famous Palmilla. Everything you need is right here in the house a short trip to Costco in Cabo or to Mega in San Jose and you can load up on everything for your vacation, there's even a chest freezer for all of your fish. Do your selves a favor and come and enjoy, you wont find anything comparable for the price. There are four bedrooms the fourth is currently our lock off room if you need four bedrooms just contact us and we will clear it out,this room has its own bathroom so available bathrooms are 2.5 when locked off. Step out on the back patio and enjoy a bar-b-que of your fresh catch or just sit and enjoy the warm ocean breezes, you wont be dissapointed.There is a community pool with a nice palapa and bar-b-que area. We have fishing packages available upon request. We are currently offering a stimulus special of $150 per night,fishing or other activities are not included in this price.
