There are three bathrooms, a fully equipped gym and sauna, huge main lounge, another huge galleried and activity/sitting room with 50’ plasma TV, home cinema, 8 foot pool table, plus a large kitchen/dining room. A unique feature is a 2nd floor tower room offering panoramic 360 degree views. The villa is tastefully and fully furnished with a mix of Italian classic and contemporary style interior air-conditioning is available. You can laze by the 15 x 8m stunning private outdoor pool (Open Mid May to Mid September) with its own bar area and pizza oven - play table tennis or American pool/billiards, or be more active with golf, fishing, numerous cycle routes and hiking trails.
