Riptide Condominium Complex is located on the quiet north end of Fort Myers Beach. We are located directly across from the beach. The back of the complex faces the canal.
No traffic. Unit #5 is a second floor unit and sleeps 4. The unit is completely furnished, very clean and up to date.

We visited Fort Myers Beach with friends and fell in love with the area. We were presented with a unique opportunity to purchase a property at Riptide. We liked the fact that it was a small complex and only 9 owners.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Riptides location on Fort Myers Beach is excellent. If you are not familiar with the island, the north end is very quiet and serene. It is just a very short walk to down town and all of the action. We are directly across the street from the beach which is incredible and quiet. You can take a walk to the north tip of the island on beach at sunset. There is a beautiful park there and an Osprey nest on the way. I have observed them in the nest many times. Riptide backs up to the canal and is very lush, quiet and comfortable. We have grills, picnic tables, lounge chairs, sundeck, dock everything you need to relax.

Bob and Sharlene Stuart live in north east Ohio. We have been married for 25 years. Bob is a pipe fitter at Ford Motor Co. Sharlene is a salon owner and has been in business for 26 years. Our daughter Ryan is 24 and is a graduate of Kent State University. She is currently working towards her graduate degree at the College of Charleston.

I loved Riptide condominiums. the condo was neat and clean. I loved the decor, and the bed was comfy. It is also in a great location. You can walk to alot of great restaurants and shops, and the beach is just across the street. the only thing that could have been better was the AC. It wasn't even on when we arrived, and we drove for 23 hours straight in a vehicle with no AC. It was nice and cool after we turned it on. I would definitely recommend this place.
Owner response:LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. This is truly one of the best locations on Fort Myers Beach! It is so close to everything and the north end is much quieter. The city just updated the road. They added sidewalks and beautiful landscaping including trolly stops! It makes it very effortless to get around. The air conditioning not being on was an oversight. Tom is always right on top of that stuff! He must have had a bad day:) He's pretty amazing so I forgive him! Love you Tom!!!

Excellent location across the street from the beach and a few short blocks from the restaurant and entertainment area - all within walking distance. Very quiet at night with a nice outdoor patio area. Tom was readily available to answer any questions and unit was very clean.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway.

Lovely little condo. Perfect for a couple. Pretty front sitting garden and back deck where you can sit and sun, or watch wildlife in the canal...wonderful for morning sunrises. Right across from the beach. Just a wonderful place. You can't go wrong.

This property was everything we could have asked for. The property inside and out was more impressive than the photos. The location was ideal for walking and accessing the beach or the inland waterways. It was a great location close to the center of town so there was no need to drive and pay for parking. Once the street construction is complete it will be an added value to this location. Everything that we needed or wanted was available with this property even kayaking! It was only a few minutes drive to the Ft. Myers express to Key West. It was centered between the other islands which were a delight to visit. I would strongly recommend staying at this property.

Excellence all the way...very clean, bright and airy, beautiful landscaping. Full kitchen was a plus, on-site manager was so friendly and helpful...would definately stay here again! Thanks for a great time!

Sharlene is nothing more than a sweetheart and her condo is nothing short than perfect!! This year was my second time back and it was everything ANYONE can ask for. Tom the grounds-keeper is a sweetheart as well!! It is close to Times Square area (1 minute walking distance) but far enough from the crowded area of the beach to allow a peaceful time at the beach. The back deck was just redone and is perfect for late night BBQ's. I intend on returning next year as well, I highly recommend this studio to anyone lokoing for a great time... While your there check out Smuggler's Cove about 1mile down SanCarlos Blvd (GREAT mini golf place with the SWEETEST owners!)

This is a cute updated condo across the from fort myers beach. I live in fort myers and wanted a get away with my 2 grown children. The property is really in walking distance from Times Square. It is on the north beach which is quiet area. We simply walked across the street for beach access. The pull out coach was fine for my son. This condo was small but okay for 3 people. The condo itself is very clean and has been update3d. The kitchen was fully equipped. The guy that lives on the property and kinda runs everything was very helpful. There is a canal on the back of the property with 2 large gas grills for cook outs. For local eating- drive down the beach to The Fish House or The Cottage.
