We visited Fort Myers Beach with friends and fell in love with the area. We were presented with a unique opportunity to purchase a property at Riptide. We liked the fact that it was a small complex and only 9 owners.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium/ Studio
Riptides location on Fort Myers Beach is excellent. If you are not familiar with the island, the north end is very quiet and serene. It is just a very short walk to down town and all of the action. We are directly across the street from the beach which is incredible and quiet. You can take a walk to the north tip of the island on beach at sunset. There is a beautiful park there and an Osprey nest on the way. I have observed them in the nest many times. Riptide backs up to the canal and is very lush, quiet and comfortable. We have grills, picnic tables, lounge chairs, sundeck, dock everything you need to relax.

Bob and Sharlene Stuart live in north east Ohio. We have been married for 25 years. Bob is a pipe fitter at Ford Motor Co. Sharlene is a salon owner. Our daughter Ryan is 23 and is a graduate of Kent State University.
