Our loft is on the 3rd floor of a private and secure building, renovated and beautifully furnished to include a king size bed more comfortable than the one at home, a 52' television, satellite radio, central air, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops.
After a night of gallery hopping, catching a concert at one of the city's many music and arts venues, or spending the day hiking part of the Blue Ridge Mountains, wake up fully rested and explore the many unique and locally-owned boutiques, a 30 second walk from your front door. Be pampered at the elegant spa located next door, make dinner reservations at The Lobster Trap, located on the 1st floor of the loft's building, or dine at one of the many other restaurants that Asheville has to offer, all within walking distance.
This special loft will become your favorite place to get away, low-key but with more than enough amenities to make your stay special each and every time. A wonderful pied-a-terre for a romantic getaway, girlfriend weekend, or mother-daughter retreat.

Great place to stay and relax while visiting Asheville. Very close to area attractions, great shopping, restaurants within walking distance. Never moved the car after we arrived. Would definitely recommend. First VRBO experience and it was wonderful.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car.

My husband and I stayed in this lovely loft to celebrate my birthday this year. It was wonderful. The location in Asheville couldn't be better. We hade a lot of places picked out to try (mostly dealing with food, drink and shopping!) and we could believe how convenient this was. It is literally right in the middle of everything. Even so, it was quiet and we had no problems relaxing and sleeping. The accomodation itself was everything you need. The king size bed was SO comfortable and the kitchen was very convenient. Having two flat screen TV's with Direct TV was a plus as well. We will definitely stay there again.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, tourists without a car.

Everything about this place was perfect! The location is the best you can find for downtown Asheville. The bed was very plush and comfortable. The condo is perfect for a couple's getaway. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed. The owner provided a very informative email before our stay. The only part of the description that wasn't accurate is there wasn't a washer/dryer (although we didn't need one). We missed having a balcony (we knew this condo didn't have one) but it was nice to have the ability to open the loft windows and let the mountain air inside. We recommend going around the corner to the Lexington Avenue Brewery, and downstairs to the Lobster Trap. If you like craft beer, the Asheville Brews Cruise was a blast!Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, tourists without a car.

Location could not have been any better! Right in the middle of downtown. We walked to dinner every night. Very quiet. Tasteful decorations. Loft was everything we needed to start our trip off right! We had a fabulous time in this very tastefully decorated, comfortable and ideally situated loft apartment. Despite being right downtown and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants, the apartment was incredibly quiet and restful, a perfect place to unwind after 3 busy days of touring in the area. We hiked Mt. Pisgah, spent a half-day at Biltmore, and strolled the streets of Asheville, visiting art galleries, shops .... and fantastic restaurants. The owners were very gracious (we really appreciated the dining recommendations, all excellent!) We couldn't have asked for a better experience.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We loved this loft! We didn't have to use our car at all during our stay because this apartment is right in the heart of downtown. The apartment (and the entire building) was spotless, well maintained and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. The owner's instructions were very helpful and covered anything we might have had questions about. The Lobster Trap restaurant is great too. We enjoyed our stay in Asheville even more b/c of the condo we rented. It was in the perfect location next to all the shops and restaurants. The parking garage was right across the street which was very convenient! We walked everywhere! You could open the window and hear the music and street noise if you felt the urge. But, the apartment overall was quiet. Loved it, recommend it and would stay again in a heart beat!Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car.

This loft was awesome and right in the middle of downtown Asheville. My husband and I had a long weekend in Asheville and couldn't imagine staying in a hotel over the loft. Comfortable and convenient are the adjectives I would give to describe this place. Perfect place to be able to experience Asheville in the best way!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car.
