A beautifully well appointed and maintained house, a real credit to the owners. The area is quiet, making sitting by the heated pool a very relaxing experience, although it is just a short drive to some of our favourite beaches and restuarants. Aside from the TVs, DVDs, games consoles, wireless broadband, etc, the house has everything else you may need from mountain bikes to unberellas, chairs and cool boxes for the beach.

Staying in the Rotonda villa

The house was quite clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed with exception perhaps of a garage door opener. It would have been handy. The girls would have liked dressers in their bedrooms with more space for clothes. The master suite had more room of course. Being we usually have 4 couples they would have liked larger beds as well. They do not prefer twins beds I would have to say.They also mentioned the smaller vanities with very little counter space as previously rented homes. The pool was very nice and over all the home was very fitting with the 4 bathrooms especially with 4 couples renting. Cooking utensils were good except we like to steam shrimp so could have used a larger kettle.

We have stayed with friends (3 couples) in this home for the last two years and plan to book again next spring. This is a beautifully maintained property. We could not fault it (and we have rented others in Rotonda that you could not say the same about!). Everything has been thought of and much appreciated. Very comfortable. Great 'Wow-factor' when you first walk in. Pool & lanai spotless and catches the sun most of the day.

wow factor 10/10 just walking through the villa drew gasps of excitement,and we all thank Stephen and Lesley for providing such a wonderful accomodation for our stay weather superb stayed in Florida many times before but at christmas never had such good weather. Facilities in villa exceptional comparedwith other villas we have stayed in. nit picking but plastic plates for outside eating would be useful.

We have been coming to Florida for many years and this is the nicest home we have stayed in. It is very spacious, clean, well furnished and well maintained. The kids loved the table tennis and playstation and we loved the spa and jacuzzies.

We came for a bit of rest, relaxation and recuperation and we found all three. We enjoyed both the villa and the area - we recommend the air boat ride in the everglades and jet ski in Englewood and suggest trying to catch a fish in the lake outside the house. Thank you.
