Why the Owner Chose Sand Key
Location is the number on reason, which I explained above. Also we purchased this unit because it was recently renovated throughout. We fell in love with it immediately. The sunsets are also stunning!!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Everything above explains it's uniqueness. Also, 30 minuted from Tampa; where you can enjoy Busch Garden, the Tampa Zoo and the Florida Aquarium. About a 90 minute drive to Walt Disney World as well.
Owner's Map of Sand Key
My wife and I grew up in the Midwest, but we have always loved the beach. After moving to Tampa in 2005 we spent the first year or so sampling all the different beaches on the west coast of Florida. (all of which are some of the most beautiful beaches in the world) About one year into it we found Sand Key State Park located in Clearwater on Sand Key beach. We were staying at the Sheraton Sand Key Hotel for a work function. After spending one day at that beach; we have yet to go to another beach in Florida. It is has endless soft sand, beautiful shelling, dolphins to watch swim by, sea turtles to discover in the summer. It is close to restraunts and shops, but you wouldn't know it when you are on the beach. After two years of renting a summer place; we invested in a place of our own. We are located about 1/4 mile down the beach from the Sheraton. We chose this location because it far enough away to forget it's there, but close enough to walk downand hang out with the tourists. - Enjoy parasailing, jet skiing or relaxing in their comfy chairs. This is truely a second home for us that we rent out on a limited basis. I only rent to one tenant a month; whether it is for 1 week or the whole month. We hope you enjoy our place in Sand Key Beach. This will be our second year renting this property and my wife and I believe this is a terrific place and has everything you could hope for in a rental property. We were not disappointed and we believe that you will have nothing but great things to say about this property if you rent it. It's a great place to beat the winter weather up north with a variety of activities, especially the heated pools and spas.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.
