Awesome Memorial Day Fun

Four of us rented this condo and enjoyed it very much. The location is great and the trolley system available in Pinellas County is very helpful if you want to travel towards Clearwater or to John's Pass. We wished the unit had been directly on the beach or at least had a view of beach/ocean from the balcony, but we got our exercise walking to the beach and up and down 2 flights of stairs. ;-). The unit was very clean and had a nice full size kitchen, which definitely saved from having to eat every meal out. We enjoyed dinner at PJ's, Frenchies in Clearwater, and Crabby Bills! Everyone on the beach and at the condo pool was exceptionally nice and family friendly. We would DEFINITELY rent this condo again. We had an excellent time and the price was just right!!
Recommended for:Families with young children, romantic getaway, tourists without a car.

When we first arrived at the Condo everything seemed great. It was spacious for my family and my dog but after about a day we started to notice the cleanliness of the Condo was not up to renting standards. My infant son was crawling around on the tile and carpet and every time we picked him up, we noticed black dirt covered his knees and the top of his feet. I finally gave in to mopping and vacuuming the carpet (which I am a Stay-at-Home mom, so to clean someone else's floor while on vacation, after I paid an expensive cleaning fee, really irritated me). The vacuuming didn't even help, I think the carpet needs a serious deep clean. We also noticed blood drops on the couch (as an alternative we had to flip the cushion over). We also had to shower in the guest bathroom because the shower curtain in the Master bath was molding (not a little, A LOT). We contacted the owner's through e-mail to make them aware of the issues and even sent pictures to them and got NO response. I gave them ample time to respond, it would have been nice to have some acknowledgment that the place was not clean. They weren't doing me a favor by letting me rent the Condo, my family paid to stay there. I felt like they didn't care. I would not recommend this to a friend or relative and I would not stay there again. My advice is if you want to stay here, just be prepared to get less than what you paid for.

We just returned from 10 days at this beautiful condo. The weather was perfect and the accomodations were excellent. There was plenty of room for our family and our two Yorkies. We enjoyed the location, with lots of restaurants in walking distance and parks to walk the dogs. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat in. The beach is safe and we could leave our beach stuff out all day without fear of losing anything. The stairs gave us a work out, but that just meant we could eat like we were on vacation without the guilt. It was great!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

Very nice. Clean and spacious unit, very close to the beach and amenities. The pool was nice (if a bit small) and the area was relatively quiet. Pet friendly, too!
