Our stay at Sunset Pearl was a total pleasure from beginning to end. The amenities were thoughtful, including allergy friendly cleaning products. The views of the Bay were fantastic from every angle. It was hard to pick which bedroom to use. Each was tasteful inside with great views outside. We enjoyed the entire area on all our day trips, including the ocean front towns, the capes and rock formations in the ocean. We were pleased to see all the local daffodils and yellow swamp lilies. The Fish Peddler restaurant out on the pier provided several excellent meals. Thank you for sharing your home.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

I would highly recommend Sunset Pearl. It is very clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. There are great views over the bay. We used Sunset Pearl as our home base while we ventured out to places like Cannon Beach, Tillamook Cheese Factory, the Aquarium in Newport, and shopping in Lincoln City. A small group of friends and I really enjoyed staying at the Sunset Pearl in Bay City. Everything was as stated, the photos don't nearly do the gorgeous view justice, and the neighborhood was quiet and quaint. Everyone had plenty of room to sit back, barbeque, and take in the serenity of the surroundings there. Toni was excellent to work with, and the kitchen was well stocked with all the little amenities this group of foodies could ask for! We stayed 3 full weeks in August of 2012. Sunset pearl is very clean and the kitchen is fully equiped with everything you might need. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. This is a very spacious home with plenty of room for a family. We liked that it was very close to Tillamook,the Air museum, the Cheese Factory and lighthouses. We had a very nice time staying at the Sunset Pearl.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

Most of my family guessed I would choice a pretty nice house for our family vacation, but they all were amazed how spacious, attractive, and clean the rental house was. They were even more amazed by the magnificent views from the house. We had plenty of room for all 12 of us and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The front yard was big enough for the kids and grandkids to play lots of games. The pictures don't do justice to this house. Even my husband was impressed with the rental. The weather was cooperative and we enjoyed the ocean visits, touring Tillamook Chese Factory and we all enjoyed the festivities at one of near by towns. I definate would recommend this home for all sizes of family. It was a wonder time which we will never forget. ( Thanks to Toni for answering all my questions prior to our arrival.)Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The unit was exactly as shown on the website. We all liked the fact that everything was close by.Traveling up and down the coast from Newport to the south and Astoria to the north was easy driving with so many places to see and enjoy. Not to mention the Willamatte Valley wineries about an hour to the east. We all enjoyed coming back to the unit to unwind from the day and savor the peace and quiet and beautiful sunsets at the Pearl. We all would recommend staying at the Pearl and enjoying this clean and spacious, well appointed unit with wonderful views of the bay and ocean beyond. We will return someday.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing.

This was a perfect location for us. Centrally located on the coast, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. We had a guest deer in the front yard while we were watching an awesome sunset. So much to do and so little time, but this home was a perfect fit for us. A view from every window and fit our extended family of eight perfectly!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The property was everything we could imagine or desire. We had a great time and enjoyed our view of the bay and the ocean every morning and evening. Buying on the internet is a little scary but this was easy and absolutely every good thing we wished for. And, if you work with Toni, add a star.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

We (family of 5 plus my aunt) stayed at the Sunset Pearl from Aug. 1st leaving the 4th. It was exactly as shown but the view is even better in person. It has tons of room for everyone. The house was very clean--loved the brand new sponge provided in the kitchen! The linens/towels were nice and it was just a fantastic value for all the room and the views that you get. We loved being close to Tillamook yet still drove north the Cannon Beach for a great day trip. The Cape Meares beaches were amazing. Toni was great to work with and so prompt with everything. We will definitely stay here again and tell all of our friends about it.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We went to this place with two other friends. We had great time. The house was excatly what was shown in the photos. The views are awesome from the living room and master bedroom. The house was clean and well maintained. Tillamook is very close by and we enjoyed going there to eat yummy icecreams from the Tillamook factory. The beaches are very nearby and our kids had lot of fun there. All of us liked the place so much that we decided we will go again there and stay at this house again next summer. Will definitely recommend this place to our friends.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My family and I stayed at the Sunset Pearl for 7 glorious days and we absolutely loved it! The house was very comfortable and there was space so the 5 of us didn't get on each others nerves. The views were fantastic! My sister and I spent most of our time outside on the deck just taking in the scenery. We drove around the 3 Capes and spent a lot of time on the beach at Cape Meares and Rockaway Beach. The best food we had was at the Pancake House in Tillamook. Great food at a great price. The Cow Belle Cafe in Rockaway Beach is a quaint little place with the best 3 layer grilled cheese or the Cow Burger....bring your appetitie and very good prices! Thanks Toni for letting us enjoy your beautiful house and I just loved all the natural products you use.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Setting - great! House - very nice and clean! The view from the masterbedroom - amazing! Everything was great - it couldn't have been better! The Sunset Pearl is even better than the pictures. Furnishings are modern, comfortable and uncluttered. Beds were amazingly comfortable. And the views are incredible. We enjoyed brilliant sunsets and deer grazing on the lawn.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

What a great place to relax! Close to many attractions and yet out of the heavy traffic. Toni was accommodating. We spent Thanksgiving at the Sunset Pearl. We found the home to be very clean and very comfortable. The house does sit high on a hill and the views of the bay were great. Your Sunset Pearl House exceeded our expectations, from the granite tile kitchen to the big comfy beds. Spent several hours on the deck overlooking the bay. Attention to detail here is excellent. My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Sunset Pearl. The house had plenty of space, yet at the same time it felt cozy. Everything was very clean and beautiful. We stayed at this lovely home in June. It was clean, airy & spacious. Every window had a beautiful view. We were also very pleased with the peaceful & quiet neighborhood. The house was very comfortable and we found it easy to feel at home while we were there. We appreciated the natural cleaning products Toni uses to clean the house. The location was perfect to take in both the Tillamook Cheese Factory and Cannon beach (after trying them all, we found that Bruce's Candy Kitchen had the best quality salt water taffy on the coast). We have just returned from a week-long stay at Sunset Pearl in Bay City. This modern home is impressively clean and tastefully decorated. All the beds were extremely comfortable. The home sits high on a bluff and is located in a safe neighborhood. There's lots of windows to see the peaceful water views of Tillamook Bay. How delighted we were to see some adorable deers wander onto the property grazing on the grass. Bay City is a quaint, small town outside of Tillamook. It's centrally located where you can travel up and down the coast. Within an hour or so, you can enjoy a trip to Lincoln City or go up to Cannon Beach and Seaside. Our favorite nearby, sandy beaches are in Rockaway, Cape Meares, and Oceanside. In each of the small towns surrounding Bay City offers some local favorite restaurants that satisfied my family's appetite. Many of the restaurants we attended were recommended by the conductor from the steam train ride in Garibaldi. If you're looking for a restful and quiet place to enjoy nature's beauty; Sunset Pearl is highly recommended. The daily rate is unbelievable for all this home has to offer. Our family spent a week in this beautiful rental and we would like to say that it would be a place we would like to call home. The house is up a steep hill with a gorgeous view of the bay. The house is very peaceful, serene and a great place for a getaway. We had 8 adults and it did not feel crowded. The neighbors are very nice and welcoming. We have to tell you it was even better than the pictures showed, the location is absolutely beautiful. The fragrance free/envionmentally friendly products were a nice touch. Everything was very clean, which is important to our family; we loved the grill on Sunday evening; we even enjoyed a bald eagle that flew near the house several days while we were there.
