Kelly Greens is a wonderful golf community located just minutes away from the desirable beaches of Sanibel and Fort Myers. A true gated community, you will find Kelly Greens a very comfortable and very friendly place in which to stay.
For a $265 fee payable to the country club, and a minimum rental of a month, renters have access to the amenities of the golf course and the country club, including the restaurant, tennis and fitness center. Renters can also opt for a dining transfer only, for a fee of $125.
The master has a king-sized bed, a private bathroom, and a lovely view of the golf course. The second bedroom (queen-size bed) is adjacent to a second full bathroom. Our recently updated kitchen is fully stocked, and the Lanai has a breathtaking view of the golf course and lake.
Kelly Greens is perfectly located within Fort Myers. You are minutes away from the causeway that takes you to Sanibel and Captiva.
There are great restaurants surrounding the area, and the bridge to Fort Myers Beach is less than ten minutes away. Great shopping and great entertainment are all a short drive away and, when you return to your condo, you have the pleasure of staying at Kelly Greens!
One of our 'regulars' returns each year for the enjoyment of seeing the beautiful Eagle that enjoys the area just outside the lanai!

We have been vacationing on the Florida west coast for the past 15 years and vacationing in Florida our whole married life. We 'found' Kelly Greens a few years ago when we stayed there while shopping for real estate on the west coast...we loved the area so much, we decided to buy a condo in Kelly Greens to share with friends and family.

Kelly Greens is ideally located...it is minutes away from Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach, and the beautiful Caloosahatchee river. The restaurants in the area are great, the weather is supurb year round, the beaches are breathtaking, and the property itself is so well groomed. Moreover, the staff and vacationers at Kelly Greens are so nice, the club so very well tended, and the golf course is supurb...and we are on the 2nd tee of this great course.
