The 10k sq ft house has 7 bedrooms, office, den, family room and Great Room (Living Room), 6 full bathrooms, and 2 half baths (located downstairs).
Interior design is well appointed with elegant double staircase and trim work. The Great Room provides plenty of space for formal events. A total of 5 balconies offer excellent view from every location of home. Home is currently fully furnished .
A full size playground is located about 150 feet from the double entry door. A temporary BBQ and outdoor kitchen are setup in front of the garage area.
You will be able to see the sunrise and sunset right from the home everyday and you will truly feel invigorated after spending your time here with your love ones.

Why the Owner Chose San Jose
There was no vacation rental available in the location of our choice, so we decided to build it. Our property was built here in San Jose because we have friends from all over the world that comes and visit and they always tell us they would prefer to stay in a vacation style home rather than renting multiple hotels rooms for all guests and family members, so we thought that was an excellent idea to serve the needs of our friends and world travelers.

My husband and I grew up in Northern California, and we love it here. Since we grew in the San Francisco Bay Area, we knew we wanted to start a family here. We wanted to have a property large enough that our family can enjoy all of the amenities Northern California has to offer, but could not find one big enough to accomadate our large extended family of 13 brothers and sisters. Our solution was to build a house large enough for the entire to come together without feeling crampped. We decided to invest in a 12 acre parcel of land on the hills to build our mansion for our large family. We have completed the construction and wanted to share our home with other families that are as close to their family as we are to ours. We hope you'll enjoy all that Northern California has to offer. You'll want to keep coming back too!
