Owner was a pleasure to work with, excellent communication and made sure we had all we needed - very sweet. The townhouse was beautifully decorated and had all we needed. It was spacious enough for three families with kids ranging from 3 to 12 to be comfortable for a week. The pool was great and we enjoyed the screened in porch in the evenings. Just a few blocks from the beach so the golf cart was the perfect way to get all of our chairs, etc. back and forth. The location is very close to several attractions like Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach and restaurants, but still in a quiet, neighborhood setting, which we enjoyed. We had an excellent time in this rental and highly recommend it!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This home was very comfortable for two families 8 people. Everyone had their own space and everything was very comfortable. I was very happy with the pool and loved that we could rent the golf cart. Made the trips to the beach much more pleasent. We were minutes away from everything in Myrtle and North Myrtle. Great location!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.

We were very pleased with our stay here. This was a family trip, complete with kids, grandparents, and aunt and uncle. Everyone had a wonderful stay. The owner was very good to work with, and very friendly. The location is great, just a couple blocks off the beach. We walked and used the golf cart to travel to the beach and venture around the area. The home had plenty of room for all of us. The patios/decks are great for relaxing, and the kids had a great time in the pool. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we only ordered out once during our stay. This is a great location, just two blocks each direction from US17 and the beach. We definitely would recommend this property to friends and family, and plan to stay here again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We were extremely impressed with everything about this home. Our host was more than gracious and accommodating to us. The location was perfect and the home was cozy and comfortable. Just what you want for having to be away from home and enjoying your vacation. The decor was wonderful. We especially liked all of the decks. We all had a deck to relax on and enjoy the beach. Great place to stay, right in the center of everything. The house itself is spectacular, and having a full kitchen saved us from eating out every night. I would highly recommend staying here.Owner response: Thank you very much...guests from PA.
