  My family and I were very pleased with the home. It was very cozy and warm! The house was fully equipped with everything we needed per board-games, movies (DVD Player) and Wi-Fi. The sunken fireplace nook was especially welcoming as we spent the majority of our time in front of a warm fire watching movies and enjoying the holiday spirit.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  We had a wonderful time at your home. It is a pleasant place and has everything one would need for cooking and enjoying one's vacation. It is perfectly situated with easy (bike) access to pool and tennis court and Glaze Meadow Recreation Center. It is close to a beautiful bike path that goes straight through to the soccer field/play ground/lodge (close to the meadow).

  My husband and I were looking for a way to spend a quiet weekend in the Sisters area AND provide a stimulating time for our 14-year old son and his friend. This house was perfect and being in Black Butte Ranch provided the boys ample independence as they could travel to tennins courts and rec centers on their bikes. The house is nicely appointed and roomy, with a huge fireplace in the open living-dining area.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

  Our visit was lovely. The home is beautiful and it is in a great location in the ranch. We loved going to the Glaze Meadow rec center with the kids (the wading pool was great for them!) and we had some wonderful runs on the paths.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Upon arriving, we settled in and was surprised at how nice and cozy the place was. The living room was placed perfectly so we all could sit down and hangout without being excluded from each other. Plenty of board games and movies to keep up occupied. The location of the house is very close to the spa and pool. And only 15 minutes away from Hoodoo resort. The overall stay was great and would look forward to renting again.

  Our group of five stayed, ate and slept beautifully. The house was pleasant, clean, and quiet, with great lighting, a well-equipped kitchen, and plenty of room for our art projects. TV and wi-fi worked perfectly. We hope to return some day.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  House is well kept and very clean. Great location and many amenities. Owners are very nice and easy to work with. Pride of ownership was eveident in everything. We will definitely come back!

  We had a wonderful time bringing in the New Year at Black Butte in Spring Home #25. The house was clean, cozy and in a convenient location. In addition, the owners were hospitable.

  Our extended family had such a wonderful time at your home! It was the perfect set-up for large, mixed-aged group, with a wonderful gathering room and spacious bedrooms when each party wanted a little quiet time. We especially loved the fireplace and TV nook--perfect for football and hot chocolate after a long bike ride! Thanks again for sharing your home with us.

Reservation/Security deposit...$250 to hold dates, balance due 60 days prior
Ranch access fee is paid by renter directly to BBR at check in
