Our well furnished Black Butte home is now available for you to enjoy by renting directly from the owners. It is only 15 minutes up the hill to HooDoo where you can tube, ski, snowboard or snowmobile in the winter. Summertime is perfect for biking, hikes, walks, swimming, golf, tennis, fishing and more. Or, just sit back by the large stone fireplace and enjoy watching a movie on the large flat screen TV.
With 2 bedrooms on the main floor (king, queen) and 2 upstairs bedrooms (2 twins each) the house is perfect for 2 families to share. There are 2 deck areas with furniture and a gas BBQ for relaxing evening meals outside.

Why the Owner Chose Black Butte Ranch
We will admit we are a little on the biased side - having lived in one of the first homes built on the Ranch and having spent literally thousands upon thousands of hours experiencing quality family time in this most special setting.
The close proximity to Portland as well as the less commercial, less crowded and gated security attributes of Black Butte Ranch add up to a wonderful place for rest and relaxation.
Paulina Pool, springs and tennis court - walk or bike in only (no parking) so it is generally less crowded than the Glaze or Lodge pools
Indoor and outdoor pools, spa, sauna, workout room, playground, bicycle rentals and tennis courts.
Main lodge and pool with tennis courts. Fine dining, poolside cafe for your eating pleasure. Check out the firepit on the lake side of the lodge - especially at night!
Welcome center where you can check in and obtain gate passes, maps and general information. Beautiful view across the meadow to the mountains.
General store and Stables. DVD rentals and last minute items you may have forgotten!

Our visit was lovely. The home is beautiful and it is in a great location in the ranch. We loved going to the Glaze Meadow rec center with the kids (the wading pool was great for them!) and we had some wonderful runs on the paths.

Upon arriving, we settled in and was surprised at how nice and cozy the place was. The living room was placed perfectly so we all could sit down and hangout without being excluded from each other. Plenty of board games and movies to keep up occupied. The location of the house is very close to the spa and pool. And only 15 minutes away from Hoodoo resort. The overall stay was great and would look forward to renting again.

Our group of five stayed, ate and slept beautifully. The house was pleasant, clean, and quiet, with great lighting, a well-equipped kitchen, and plenty of room for our art projects. TV and wi-fi worked perfectly. We hope to return some day.

Our extended family had such a wonderful time at your home! It was the perfect set-up for large, mixed-aged group, with a wonderful gathering room and spacious bedrooms when each party wanted a little quiet time. We especially loved the fireplace and TV nook--perfect for football and hot chocolate after a long bike ride! Thanks again for sharing your home with us.
