Spend your next vacation in the heart of Montana. We are just minutes from everywhere; 2 blocks to Main Street and 5 blocks to Montana State University, 2 blocks to Cooper Park. Nearby amenities include Museum of the Rockies, shopping, movies, live theatre, and more. We are 45 minutes from Big Sky Ski and Moonlight Basin Ski Resorts, 30 minutes from Bridger Bowl Ski Resort, 1.5 hours from Yellowstone National Park. We are minutes from the best Fly Fishing and Hunting in the World. We also have a FREE CITY BUS SYSTEM that runs all around town every day and goes up to the ski hills during the winter!

Our Bungalow style house has 2 bedroom + Loft, 2 bath, 1000 square foot home sleeps 6 people : 1 King Nasa foam bed with 1000 count sheets, 1 Sealy Queen bed and 2 Twin beds in the loft. Maximum occupancy is 6 people (including children). It was totally re-done from the studs up in 2003. Travertine tile floors in the bathrooms. Refinished original hardwood flooring. Radiant floor heating throughout the house keeps this bungalow toasty warm in the winter. Skylights in the livingroom let in lots of light in the winter and keeps it cool during the summer. Window AC units in each bedroom for those really hot summer nights. The 42" Cable HDTV is great for watching movies and sports and includes DVR so you don't miss your favoritee programs. Bring your laptop and use our WIFI or use our desktop computer to keep up with emails while you are visiting. Soak in our hot tub after a long day on the slopes or in the car!

It does have a basement apartment, that you can rent as well to accomodate a big group. See our add 221265 as well.

It has everything you will need to have a great time in Montana.

DOG FRIENDLY! For a little extra ($50 per week/stay) you can bring your dog and let them run around in our large, fenced in, backyard.

  • We stayed in the upstairs part of the house two different weekends and absolutely loved it! Our friends rented the downstairs the second weekend and they loved their space also. We visit our daughter at Montana State and we are able to cook for her and her friends. There is lots of space so she always stays with us. The kitchen is very well equiped for cooking and baking. It has everything. We havent brought our dogs yet but the fenced in backyard would be great for them and it is a block from a great dog park. Everything you need is within walking ditance, downtown, grocery stores, Montana State. The beds were comfortable, the living room area was comfortabl with a great TV and sound system. The photos do not do it justice. We will stay here each time we come to Bozeman.

  • I can only echo all the positive comments. The beds were really comfortable and we were able to cook for all of our college duaghter's friends in the kitchen and visit with them in the yard, on the porch, and in the living room. Walking in this neighborhood is a treat and the dog park is one block away. Will stay again.

  • We loved this house. It is located within walking distance to downtown restaurants, bars, groceries yet in a quaint neighborhood. We spent many relaxing hours on the front porch. We were in town for a family wedding. We strolled the maple lined neighborhood in the cool evenings. The house is beautiful inside. There is a large master suite on one side containing a large walk in shower, front loading washer and dryer in adjoining laundry, very comfy king sized bed, high ceilings, very original light fixtures. The kitchen has a restaurant sized double sink, class fronted cabinets, and all the cooking equipment one could want. There is a high table and barstools to eat on in the kitchen. There are ceiling fans in most rooms. The living room is comfy and has a computer provided. The couch and love seat make for great for snuggling and watching this terrific TV and listening to an amazing sound system. Another bedroom and loft is at the other end of the house so there was plenty of privacy for guests. We didn't want to leave. There is a basement apartment downstairs. we didn't hear the tenants. Parking is in a rear alley. Along the alley are neighboring raspberry plants. The back yard has a fire ring, picnic table and a gas BBQ. There is bark covering the back yard, grass in the front. I would stay here again. The owners were very reasonable to deal with. Thank you for providing such a comfortable home away from home.

  • This house was great. We had 5 couples in there late 20's stay here for a wedding in Bozeman. Close enough to walk home. Has 3 separate bedrooms between the upstairs and downstairs. In addition the upstairs has another bedroom that has an attached loft inside the room giving you even more sleeping space. However, limited privacy for the individual that would share this sleeping space. Great place to put kids though. We pulled the mattress out of the loft area and put it in the living room so we could all have a private sleeping space. Overall, I would stay at this house again. Huge backyard, nice house inside and out. Fully stocked. Beds comfortable. Would definitely recommend this house. It was perfect for us.
