Welcome to Trailhead Lodge, a brand new condominium community located in the heart of Winter Park, CO, one block off of Main Street. Just completed in November of 2008, this development is surrounded by shopping, restaurants, hiking trails and the new Hideaway Park, perfect for entertaining the little ones.
Here you will find a playground, climbing wall, skateboard park and free sledding, all conveniently located right outside your back door! For the winter sports enthusiasts, enjoy the FREE Winter Park shuttle that will take you directly to some of the best skiing in the country! For the summer vacationer, take advantage of hiking, biking and world class music festivals, all within walking distance!
This beautifully appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit has a king master suite with large, walk-in closet. The master bath has tile floors, single sink and an upgraded jacuzzi tub/shower. The second bedroom has a twin over double bunk bed, futon, a large walk-in closet as well and a 15" LCD flatscreen TV with DVD player. The bath in this bedroom has a single sink and tub/shower.
The finely appointed kitchen has beautiful countertops and top of the line appliances. The spacious dining table has seating for six, plus two barstools at the kitchen counter. There is carpeting throughout, as well as a stackable washer and dryer.
The living room has a Queen sleeper sofa and loveseat that both face a 42" LCD HD flatscreen TV over the gas fireplace. What could be lovelier than hot chocolate by the fire after a thrilling day of skiing or snowboarding?
The newly completed clubhouse is right out the front door! Here you will find an outdoor pool and hot tub...both heated year round. There are two gas grills, perfect for grilling as well as a firepit. Inside there is a full kitchen with seating for five at the counter, as well as tables with chairs. The living area has a 50", wall-mounted HD television with all the movie channels, and a gas fireplace.
The workout room houses weights, an elliptical machine, treadmill and stationary bike.
