Year Purchased: 2003
About the owner: We have been enjoying Hilton Head Island since 1986, when we purchased our first vacation home there. As time passed, we out grew our Beachwalk Villa. In 2003, we realized that we wanted our friends, our children's friends and family members to enjoy the island with us, so we found our more spacious piece of paradise at 9 Shelley Court.
Why the Owner Chose Inverness Village:
The setting and details of the home just blew us away. We are situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, overlooking the Eleven Mile lagoon. Our heated swiiming pool is the perfect setting from morning to night to soak up the sun, relax, read, barbeque and nap. The living room, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are sunny, spacious and comfortable. From the moment we open the front door, we relax.

We are located centrally on the island, close to shopping (the wonderful Fresh Market and the Mall), the Palmetto Dunes three Championship Golf Courses and of course, a short walk or bike ride to the beach.
